  The communication about the shoot was not good at all. My shoot was almost qualified as a no show 4 hours before my scheduled booking time due to me not answering a call due to me being on my flight. They claimed to not know where to pick us up even though I provided my pickup details at the time of booking and then claimed that our taxi driver came to our hotel and waited but no calls were made to notify the taxi had came. They wanted to reschedule out of "good faith" but I was so frustrated that I cancelled.This was the most disappointing for us because we really looked forward to doing the kayak the most out of every activity we wanted to do. Other companies we worked with including my hotel communicated through text/call while I was mainly contacted through email/Viator website with this company. Maybe transitioning to this method of communication would help both sides get faster and more efficient communication. I feel like once the communication aspect is ironed out that the experience will run more smoothly for both ends.

  My friends and I had a wonderful time ! They help with poses, and are very professional. Well worth the experience and you will be able to have access to all pictures same day.

  An amazing experience on the most prettiest waters you can think of, Ej and ray ray was so helpful in assisting me to capture my best photos possible, I highly recommend them.

  PLEASE BEWARE!!!!! This is the quality of photos I received from 50th bday photoshoot. If you end up with a photographer named KJ and his so called assistant Raymond, PLEASE don't use them. The photographer didn't get in the water at all to help with the poses or make recommendations. And Raymond who was there I guess to help with you get in the kayak was basically useless. For the money you spend., you're going to expect more... Oh and on top of that I was told that there would be 100 photos...THAT is Bull****... I got 9 horrible pics. I reached out to Viator, last night and today, the company I booked with and paid money to and I havent received any reply from them at all. I DO NOT RECOMMED THEM!!!!

  This tour was amazing! Emmanuel was very professional and knowledgeable and took my friends and I on a private scenic tour of Turks and Caicos. As my first time on the island, I was in the “tourist” shops and restaurants for the first couple of days of my visit and appreciated the insights on all the local gems - from picturesque, la brisas, sopodilla, the conch farms, and my favorite - sweet tea! I don’t know what I was expecting to come out of this tour but it was extremely informative and I loved every second. 10/10, would 100% recommend to everyone who visits the island and will be definitely booking again when I come back. My only complaint was that I didn’t book sooner.

  Emmanuel was very great! He gave us a very thorough tour of beautiful turks, and he took us to a couple “secret” locations that were so beautiful. He was very professional and played the jams while we drove around. There were several places he took us and he explained history and everything about them. Then he brought us some chicken and fries from sweet t’s and it was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommended!!
