2.00I had this booked for my daughters birthday and was paid in full . I hadn’t heard anything day before so I reached out in tripadvisor to ask exact time of pick up. No response. After a few hours I reached out by text and calling and the person answering phones said he’d have to call me back. Then on our way to dinner the night before we are supposed to do this trip he called and said it’s cancelled bec of the weather (we’ve had a lot of rain). I totally understand weather related cancellations. I do not fault anyone there. But not even notifying me or reaching out at all. That’s why the 2star. Only posting this here to let people know if rain/wind even day before they might cancel and they might not notify you!

3.00Sean was a great tour guide. The description of the experience on Viator is misleading. They tour operator did not supply chips (not a big deal) or a dry bag (big deal because phone and wallet ended up soaked). Be prepared with extra sunscreen and wear a bathing suit... we stopped for a 20 minute swim.

5.00Archie was very friendly and helpful. We had amazing 2 hours kayaking trip. We saw many turtles, few baby sharks and jellyfish 😍 worth the money. Would recommend you take this trip. Thank you for the excellent experience.

5.00There were 4 kayaks in our group. Our guide was great - quick to point out turtles and a lemon shark. He wasn't able to find a live conch, but grabbed a shell when we were back to the launch area and described how it grew and moved around. It was a 2 hour adventure. We were picked up at our resort on time and taken to a launch area shared by other tour companies too. It was controlled chaos, but our tour operator never lost us! The kayaks were linked together a pulled to the mangroves by a small dinghy. I was thankful for that, since I didn't have to spend a ton of energy crossing open water. After the kayaking we were returned to our resort. I would highly recommend Dove Clear Kayak!

5.00If you want to see a little wildlife and enjoy some time out on the water, this is the tour for you. The water was super clear and we were able to see a lemon shark, many turtles, jelly fish, etc. Our guide, Mitch, was very kind and informative. The tour also included a mini break that allowed you to get out of the kayak, take a few photos and hold a conch. This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! A few other details: We booked in advance on Trip Advisor and none of the tours in TCI are super cheap. Going out, there were 6 of us, 3 kayaks, and they pulled us out to the mangroves, and then we kayaked and learned about the wildlife. To head back to shore, probably 7-10 kayaks were linked together and they towed up back.

3.00Good outing for families and kids. We saw *lots* of turtles and a baby shark in the mangroves, which was very cool, and the clear kayaks helped to see them in the shallows. We also saw iguanas on iguana island. Dove Clear Kayaks/ Joshua was friendly and communicated with us beforehand to arrange the trip, and we liked that he picked us up at our hotel too. We went with a large group that included several other companies, so it was *very* crowded, not a peaceful paddle, and there was more waiting and towing the boats than paddling. I also wish I had known when booking that our tour had to follow the optimal tide, that could have helped us better plan the rest of our day. Overall we’re glad we went, but there were many other fun activities that we enjoyed more.
Everything about the trip was seamless. Communication was great and the experience was efficient, relaxing & delivered!

5.00Great tour. Our driver, Josh, was lovely and tour guide, D, was knowledgeable and engaging. The tour was efficient, we saw everything we hoped to and had a great morning on the water!
