What To Expect
Club Kingston Airport Departure Lounge
Arrival Service (not applicable to departure only bookings): After exiting your plane at Kingston's Norman Manley Airport, you'll be greeted by your Club Kingston Rep holding a personalized sign. Move through customs & immigration with fast track. Fill out immigration forms and you'll be guided through the fast-track line. Then, your host will help retrieve your luggage at baggage claim. Proceed through fast-track Customs line. You'll be escorted to your tour operator or private transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to arrival only bookings): Check in for your flight and head to security & immigration fast-track line. Present your voucher for quick access. Next, head to mezzanine level to enter Club Kingston departure lounge. Enjoy hi speed WiFi, flat-screen TVs, magazines, newspapers, or conference facility. Snack on fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas, sushi, pastries, then sip on a warm coffee/tea, a cold beverage or an alcoholic beverage! Drinks and snacks are complimentary.

5.00Jackie was wonderful from the initial greeting to getting us set up in the lounge. The food selection was great and there was a nice variety of hot and cold beverages. Veneer made sure everything remained clean and orderly. Great people and service.

5.00Went here a few days ago and had an amazing experience. My welcome by Kefa the reception was super friendly and informative. The food was good but service was excellent. Sammy hosted me perfectly. The cocktails from the bar were also very good but I think a menu with more varieties would add to the experience a lot more. That’s my only recommendation. Anyways, will return and recommend. My server Ronaldo was great though and was able to recommend some nice cocktails. Will return for sure.

1.00My flight was delayed for 6 hours, I did not know that this lounge closes at 7pm. I did not get to spend more than 15 minutes in the lounge before it closed. I need to speak with someone about this, I am requesting a refund for the departure portion of this package. Your lounge hours should be longer, at the very least you should have a plan in place for those whose flights are delayed. I didn't even get any food from your lounge. I would never purchase this package again.
