What To Expect
Club Kingston Airport Departure Lounge
Arrival Service (not applicable to departure only bookings): After exiting your plane at Kingston's Norman Manley Airport, you'll be greeted by your Club Kingston Rep holding a personalized sign. Move through customs & immigration with fast track. Fill out immigration forms and you'll be guided through the fast-track line. Then, your host will help retrieve your luggage at baggage claim. Proceed through fast-track Customs line. You'll be escorted to your tour operator or private transportation. Departure Lounge (not applicable to arrival only bookings): Check in for your flight and head to security & immigration fast-track line. Present your voucher for quick access. Next, head to mezzanine level to enter Club Kingston departure lounge. Enjoy hi speed WiFi, flat-screen TVs, magazines, newspapers, or conference facility. Snack on fresh fruit, sandwiches, tapas, sushi, pastries, then sip on a warm coffee/tea, a cold beverage or an alcoholic beverage! Drinks and snacks are complimentary.

5.00I had such a great experience using the Club Kingston VP Lounge with priority entry. From the moment I arrived, the staff was extremely nice, welcoming, and professional. They made everything feel smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The lounge itself was comfortable, clean, and relaxing it honestly made me feel right at home. This was the perfect way to start my trip, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, premium airport experience.
