Take food and drink with you! Food on board very expensive. Don't bother rushing to viewings carriages. Everybody does and quickly come back.

A must do bucket list experience that I did when I was younger and now as an adult loved doing it again with geanskids

A relaxing way to see amazing scenery without the hassle of driving. The train itself was very comfortable - large viewing windows, relatively quiet and with on-board catering/toilets available. We even saw seals and dolphins as we travelled along the coast!
