Very pleasantly surprised by the friendly people. Hotel booked in Lof, very satisfied. The breakfast was very good and varied, so was the evening meal which consisted of 4 courses. And all this for a very normal price. Hotel Traube, thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Staff totally unfriendly. And the tables where we sat were pulled away under our arms because more guests came. We were treated totally unkindly.

The reservation team was not competent. I booked tickets for my clients and was assured I would receive an invoice, but instead, my clients were charged directly. I also received no response to my complaint email.

We enjoyed a one hour sail on the Moselle River on Friday 8th August, 2025. The ship named 'Moselprinz' departed from Cochem where our river cruise ship was docked. It was a very sunny and warm day. There was a running commentary in English. Although the ship was modest in size it was adequate. The scenery was wonderful and we passed many vineyards which the area is famous for and saw many prominent landmarks, including the Castle on the hill. Overall a relaxing sail which which was very interesting.

About 1-hour drive on the Moselle with wonderful views of the Reichsburg Cochem.The timetable is a bit confusing, you should ask at ticket sales. Ticket prices were fine.

Prices of the hospitality industry were quite high.... And for the audio accompaniment (which was initially offered on the internet only in German) had to be asked for when you were inside. As a bonus there was also narration in English. Furthermore, it was interesting to hear the stories about the Moselle Valley.

Boring boat cruise with little to see. No space to sit outside. Advertised there was commentary which we hoped would be informative. Unfortunately nothing not even telling us sights. Just trying to sell food and drink. We unfortunately booked a morning cruise so didn’t fancy a beer. Perhaps would be nicer in the afternoon.

Good trip down the Moselle. A lovely way to spend an hour. Excellent value, including the drinks on board (that were actually cheaper than in the town!). Boat is there 30 minutes before departure and worth getting on reasonably early to choose best seats.
