Professionals seemed unprepared, very laid back. Sightseeing seemed ad hoc based on whatever popped up. Circled for what seemed an eternity here and there to see a dolphin fin or a manatee hump. As soon as we departed everyone was invited to stand and move about the boat so all ran up front blocking our view. Youngest were racing around in chaos uncontrollably. Going back at a higher speed was dreadfully windy and uncomfortable. Will never do it again.

This was a wonderful experience. We went on Tuesday, May 26th on the 10am tour. We expected the boat to not be covered, but it was so thankfully our very pale skin was saved. There was plenty of seating due to the lack of holiday crowds. Within five minutes of getting underway, we were seeing dolphins and manatees. The captain was very professional and precise in his navigating, while our tour guide was extremely friendly and informative on all the animals that we saw, as well as the general history of the river. They were extremely accommodating to any passenger needs and always made sure we never missed out on seeing anything. We felt very safe and well taken care of and had a very relaxing and wonderful time. About the only downside is that the back-half of the tour was more just cruising through the open waters beyond the islands, but it was still relaxing in it's own way. We very much enjoyed our tour and I made sure to recommend it to everyone else that asked about seeing dolphins for the remainder of our vacation.

Sometimes you have to wait on the dolphins to appear, but it is well worth the wait. The real estate is amazing.

The two hour tour was very informative with Brian and Diane. We saw dolphins, manatees, lots of great herons, and a stingray. The mangrove islands are fascinating. Would recommend.

From the description I expected a narrated tour with information about wildlife and the lagoon. There was very little; the microphone was not used at all . The “guide” on board did answer individual questions and offered to take group pictures. She was pleasant, as was the captain, but it could have been more fun and interesting. We did see a couple of dolphins and manatees and some birds. It was enjoyable to look at the houses along the shore.
