This trip is a 90 min. relaxing cruise through the Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands, we watch the beautiful sunset and return back to the restaurant. This is perfect for a romantic trip or large groups.
The crew plays fun music! You will see wildlife along this journey. There is some narrative but the crew will be glad to answer any questions you may have and will point out animals and mammals along the way.

What To Expect
Cocoa Beach
Enjoy a Banana River sunset cruise with Island Boat Lines. The sunset cruise departs from the Sunset Waterfront Bar and Grill located waterfront on the Banana River in beautiful Cocoa Beach, Florida. This fun and romantic 90 min boat ride will cruise through the Cocoa Beach Thousand Islands before entering the Banana River where you will be able to have the best view of the Sunset. The Captain and mate will play fun music for you to enjoy during the ride. Be sure to bring your camera to capture the spectacular sunset as well as birds, playful dolphin and manatees you may encounter during your excursion. There is no narrative included on this excursion. The ride is a perfect way to begin your evening at the Sunset Waterfront Bar & Grill where you can keep your party going with live music and full dinner service. We are Family Friendly!

5.00Perfect end of day relaxing activity for me and my big-kid age daughters. Diane and the captain were funny and kept things moving and entertaining. Remember to bring jackets or a blanket for sunburnt little ones!

4.00We had a beautiful evening with no clouds - just perfect! The ride left promptly at 6:30pm, and we were back by 8:15p or so. We saw many birds, a few submerged manatees, and many homes along the river. I would have liked more discussion about the history of the rivers, the area, and general chit chat to learn more about the region. They were great with taking our pictures with the sunset. It was a nice trip.

5.00We booked last minute and so happy we did! Capt. Rusty and Pat were great. Pat was very knowledgeable about local wildlife. The cruise was timed perfectly with optimal sunset views. It was such a relaxing ride and the bonus of seeing a dolphin and manatees made it even better. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for an evening activity.

5.00My family (8) was visiting from northern Minnesota. Needless to say, the warm weather, beauty of the nesting pelicans, and a magnificent sunset...all a fabulous experience! I received a personal hug and "thank you" after the ride. The captain and mate, Jan, were very informative and Jan did a great job at being the photographer.

4.00It was very nice but after the sunset I wish we went back to beginning at dock. It was another 1:2 hours and after sun goes down it gets quite chilly and you don’t see anything at night.
10/10 highly recommend !

5.00The Sunset Tour was so enjoyable! Before we left the dock, we asked for a special wine and they went and got it for us! Rusty and Capt Brian were great! Very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife! I would definitely recommend! It was very laid back and relaxing!

5.00The sunset cruise was a lovely bay tour through the mangroves islands. We did see manatees, dolphins and many types of birds. The captain and crew narrated and paused for photos and sightings. Restroom and refreshment drinks for purchase was convenient. Only reason some may choose to pass is due to the cost.
