Excellent experience,Jason is a very nice and clean village. Our tour of the estate was a nice experience and especially learning the whole coffee process.

Our tour guide, David, contacted us the day before, to confirm our pick up time, and was there the next day, as expected. He was an amazing driver and we had a great time talking with him and getting to know the area. We chose the Spanish tour, since we're fluent, but he spoke very good English, too!

We had a great time with Fabio, who drove us to a nice organic coffee farm and then to Jardin. The views of the Andes were extraordinary, and the coffee tour was very informative. Oh, and the coffee was great too!

We had a wonderful day, with first a visit to a coffee plantation and bee-keeping farm in the mountains, after which we visited the beautiful town Jardín. Our tour guide Fabio made the rather long drive pleasant by entertaining us with knowledge about the region and great conversations about a range of subjects.

Unfortunately we didn’t make it to Jardin because both roads were closed due to mudslides. However I had a great day out with Oscar. It was a beautiful driver through the mountain towns and villages with a stop at Finca Florida. Following a home cooked lunch, it was time to learn all about coffee from pod to bean. It was an excellent learning experience about organic coffee production. Oscar provided a great experience and made the day enjoyable.

Road closures due to mudslides meant that we did not actually get to Jardin. But that was fine. Oscar was my guide for this day out of Medellin. The day started in the rain and we were informed at the toll booth that the main road to Jardin was blocked due to a slide. We detoured and found that the alternate route was also blocked. We ended up driving up to Finca Florida just outside of Jardin for a tour of the coffee plantation. The tour started with an amazing home-cooked lunch before we were introduced to the plantation and heard about how coffee goes from seed to cup. After picking some beans, I was shown how they go from ripened pods to coffee beans. This was followed by a few cups of the finest organic coffee. Despite not being able to get to Jardin, Oscar was a friendly and intelligent guy who was easy to interact with. The drive took us on some interesting roads, some were very steep, and through some towns filled with friendly people who provided us with help when we were stumped as to how we were supposed to get down hills. In the end, it was an enjoyable day with great conversation, food, and coffee.

This was absolutely a five star experience! We had the pleasure of being shown around by David who couldn’t have been more pleasant accommodating and fun. First, the drive to the coffee farm was full of some of the most beautiful landscapes I’ve ever witnessed! Once you arrive on the farm itself you are welcomed by some of the top views of Colombia we’ve seen so far and some of the best coffee in the world. The farm is picturesque and the tour is very informative and interactive. The town of Jardin is an equally picturesque pastel Spanish colonial masterpiece nestled in the mountains. Both my girlfriend and I couldn’t have enjoyed her little birthday trip any more it was perfect. Thank David!!!

This is a wonderful tour that shows you parts of Colombia you might not otherwise see, particularly if you're on a short trip. It's a *full* day, and a lot of driving, but the scenery is beautiful, Julio is very informative, Jardin is very pretty, and learning about coffee cultivation is fascinating. The trip was well organized, comfortable and very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

While visiting Colombia we attended sever tours, but by far, this was the BEST one! If you could request to have Julio as your tour guide, you won't regret it! He is so knowledgeable and HILARIOUS. He kept us entertained throughout the whole trip. The coffee plantation was fantastic - the views were unforgettable, and don't even get me started on the food. Great experience. Would definitely do it again.

Our guide was Julio (seems to be the guy doing this tour given the other reviews ) and he arrived at the hotel promptly at 9am. There were three of us. I was worried about the length of the car ride, but WOW the sights and the food was worth it. Julio’s English is excellent and the conversation was spirited and enlightening. The trucks, motorcycles, and construction made the ride “interesting”; a new road is under construction but its completion isn’t until 2021 or so. The coffee plantation is the highlight of the trip. The views are spectacular. Food is local and organic and made by the owners. The demo of what a bean goes through was fascinating, especially since it was all by hand. Jardin was okay in the sense that it paled in comparison to the plantation. Its a quaint clean town with very colorful houses and interesting uses of oak for the doors, windows, and balconies. We also were there on a Thursday and there’s likely more bustle on the weekend. The tram ride was also just okay. The view from the top was gorgeous, just not gorgeous enough compared to what we had at the plantation. Might prefer to have walked a little more around downtown Jardin. Needless to say, we had a great weather day.
