A journey into flavors, tastes and aromas of coffee, learn what affects the taste profile, how to evaluate coffee. Lots of coffees, taste experiences and exploration await you during a 7 hours long Specialty Coffee Association course at the end of which you will be able to sit practical and theoretical exams to achieve an international Certificate.
Hosted by Slovene Coffee Cup Tasting Champion and Authorized SCA Trainer. Only locally roasted Specialty coffee. Attendees will calibrate their perception of basic tastes. Attendees will be able to take the coffee they liked most with them as a compliment. Attendees will be able to sit a SCA exam to achieve a SCA Certificate”CSP Sensory Skills Foundation”

There is no age limit for drinking coffee, but we do accept people over 18 for our coffee-related workshops.

What To Expect
Learn how to sense and evaluate coffee, calibrate your perception of basic tastes and find out which aromas can be found in coffee. Train to distinguish subtle nuances in coffee taste and aroma profile. Sit a theoretical and practical exam to achieve an internationally recognized Specialty Coffee Certificate “CSP Sensory Skills Foundation”.

The course helped me develop new skills in tasting, identifying flavors, and understanding coffee profiles in much greater depth. Lev, the instructor, was truly exceptional—his expertise and passion made the sessions engaging and highly informative. I highly recommend this training to anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of coffee.

5.00I'm a huge fan of coffee, so this event was very interesting for me. I learned a lot of new things and tried various coffees, and the atmosphere was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this event in case you love coffee and reside in Ljubljana (or simply traveling there).

4.00Very interesting event. Learnt a bit about coffee but the most interesting part was learning how to evaluate coffee like a true pro. The sheer amount of coffee was too much, even though we were recommended to spit it out I got a bit dizzy by the end. Maybe put less coffee next time?
