Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour you are required to be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please provide an active phone number during the booking process in order to be contacted about last minute changing.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue
Every participant MUST bring an id or a photo of it. It is mandatory requested by the monument in order to enter the Colosseum Underground.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The tour might begin either the Roman Forum or the Colosseum, depending on the order.
If you’re traveling with a school group, this tour isn’t available, as school groups have their own dedicated ticket types. Please contact us for more information.
Purchasing the guided tour, you are acknowledging and consenting that the Colosseum Underground admission fee is 24 € for adults, along with a 2 € booking fee, and free entry for children under 18. The remaining amount covers professional licensed tour guide along with other services, headsets, booking fees, and tour amenities. The tour operator provides transparency and is looking to ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown, enabling you to fully appreciate the value of the guided tour.

Roman Forum
Just west of the Colosseum is the Roman Forum, which for many centuries was the place where the future of the ancient western civilization was decided. We will also provide you with access to the Roman Forum and you will still be under the careful attention of our expert guide. Although today the Roman Forum stands in ruins, for many reigns it was at the very center of Rome’s activities. It started as a marketplace for daily shopping, but as the power of the Empire grew, it became much more important. In this part of the tour, you will explore the remnants of ancient grandiose temples, bustling marketplaces, and imposing civic buildings. We will also show you the place where Rome first began—on Palatine Hill. Rome’s ancient existence has earned it the name “the Eternal City,” and its time as the ruling city of the lands bordering the Mediterranean Sea has earned it the designation “Capital of the World.”

4.00The actual Underground Tour was amazing! I've been wanting to see the underground for years. We went to Rome with our sons and daughter in laws. It has been previously impossible to secure Underground tickets directly through the Italian site, so I bit the bullet and got third party tickets. After booking, I received a message that due to "logistics" our tour time was moved. No big deal, as I had thought that for the outrageous price I had paid I had secured a tour for our family alone. Wrong, we were in a tour with 22 other people. Knowing this, I would definitely not have paid the price that I did. Just a warning to make sure you know the composition of the tour you sign up and pay for.

4.00Good tour of the Forum area with good background information. The Underground was informative (visually), and I learned a couple of things about the inner workings of the Coliseum. Two thoughts: The meeting point organization was poor. Hearing aid wearers! Bring a small set of over the ear earphones. I could not hear the guide. Their ear buds had a small jack plug smaller than the jack on expensive ear phones.

5.00Guilia was our guide and she was incredible. Extremely knowledgeable and attentive to our small (9+ Guilia) group. She was great at anticipating needs (water and bathroom breaks) as well as preparing our group for when tickets and IDs needed to be out vs put away (scanned multiple times for both Colosseum and Roman Forum). The Underground tour is a must if you appreciate history. The colosseum portion lasted about 1.5hrs and the other 1.5hrs was at the forum. Once the tour was over, Guilia offered recommendations for what to see next and to solo explore post tour. Let this be an early start and full day activity if you are interested in Roman history because 9 hours and 28k steps later, we still didn't get to see everything. Definitely wear comfortable shoes and sunscreen. (Booked with Ultimate Italy / Get your guide).

1.00False information is provided. Not good communication and as a result missed the start time of our tour. This is the one tour we were looking forward to and we were upset and very disappointed. You cannot reschedule accept for months later after you are back home. Did not communicate that the time was different than on your documentation and communications. Terrible never again.

5.00We had a great tour of the Forum & Colosseum with Inga. Our tour started in the Forum which worked out great as she gave us just enough time and context for our group before heading to the Colosseum. It was clear she is very knowledgeable and interested in the history herself which made the information fun and exciting. Overall great tour

3.00The directions to find the meeting point was so obscure it took me 90 minutes and lots of confusion to finally find the point. I was not the only one with this issue. Booking the tour guides back to back on different tours, short changes the first group. I got rushed through the back end of the Roman Forum. The ground is not smooth and it is very crowded. Kept losing guide. Need to slow down on speaking. Having an accent and speaking quickly loses some older travelers.
