Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour you are required to be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please provide an active phone number during the booking process in order to be contacted about last minute changing.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue
Every participant MUST bring an id or a photo of it. It is mandatory requested by the monument in order to enter the Colosseum Underground.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The tour might begin either the Roman Forum or the Colosseum, depending on the order.
If you’re traveling with a school group, this tour isn’t available, as school groups have their own dedicated ticket types. Please contact us for more information.
Purchasing the guided tour, you are acknowledging and consenting that the Colosseum Underground admission fee is 24 € for adults, along with a 2 € booking fee, and free entry for children under 18. The remaining amount covers professional licensed tour guide along with other services, headsets, booking fees, and tour amenities. The tour operator provides transparency and is looking to ensure your understanding of the cost breakdown, enabling you to fully appreciate the value of the guided tour.

Roman Forum
Just west of the Colosseum is the Roman Forum, which for many centuries was the place where the future of the ancient western civilization was decided. We will also provide you with access to the Roman Forum and you will still be under the careful attention of our expert guide. Although today the Roman Forum stands in ruins, for many reigns it was at the very center of Rome’s activities. It started as a marketplace for daily shopping, but as the power of the Empire grew, it became much more important. In this part of the tour, you will explore the remnants of ancient grandiose temples, bustling marketplaces, and imposing civic buildings. We will also show you the place where Rome first began—on Palatine Hill. Rome’s ancient existence has earned it the name “the Eternal City,” and its time as the ruling city of the lands bordering the Mediterranean Sea has earned it the designation “Capital of the World.”

5.00This was an incredible experience. The tour guides were very knowledgeable and the group sizes were perfect. Just when you thought you had seen it all there was more. We thought we were only doing the colosseum and were pleasantly surprised to see the ruins as well. This is a must!!!

5.00Enjoyed touring and learning about the Roman forum, underground, and upper colleseum with our family. There were about 20 people in our group. We were met with earphones and listening pods. The whole experience went very smoothly. We finished in 3 hours as promised.

2.00Our first guide was really good- when looking at the architect and getting history with visuals of what the buildings looked like before it was decent. We got dropped off in front of the colosseum, felt rushed and left with 40 mins before the underground tour. When we could have had longer prior. Our tour guide at the Colosseum had this accent and her English was not easy to understands. The group was large and the headphones kept static and would go in and out. Going underground we got to see armor of past gladiators. But that’s the extent, you could see what we saw from the top, we saw a narrow tunnel with a video- we were excited for it to be over. You truly couldn’t understand close or far in the group our English tour guide and others felt the same way. Not worth the time or money- self tour would be just as good. Pros- you got to skip the line, but not sure a prob because you wait 30 mins to go on the tour when inside the colosseum

5.00Our tour was absolutely amazing. Vita, our tour guide, was so kind and knowledgeable during our time with her. She answered everyone’s questions as they came up and provided so much information on everything we saw. We did the underground as part of our tour and this was probably our favorite part of the entire tour itself. Seeing this area and learning more about it was amazing. We cannot recommend this tour and Vita our guide enough!

5.00Realda was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable on Roman culture and history. We were particularly pleased that she was able to answer all of our questions with great detail and doubled as a phenomenal photographer! There were only three in our group and it was so special because we had her all to ourselves. I would definitely suggest doing the entire tour including the underground. The meeting spot was easy to get to on Apple Maps. Would 100% recommend this tour if traveling to Rome!

5.00Katia was amazing. Her knowledge about Rome and the Colosseum made the tour that much more memorable. One take away was that it was very confusing on where the meeting point was. On my paperwork it gave 2 different addresses for the meeting point. Also the tour was changed from 9:00 to 8:00 with not a lot of communication until the day before. All in all the tour was great. I would definitely recommend it.

3.00First off the meeting point is not at the Roma Cafe as first noted, no new notices that the meeting place is another location if you don't have a cell phone you wouldn't know this, on your device you have to view your tickets and then it shows the new location good thing mu husband and I are always early to meet up before the scheduled time, the meeting point was passed Roma Cafe and to the left down narrow alley street and then left to stairs where you would meet the with Ultimate Italy people none of the carrying the flags those were at their little trolleys against the wall. Finally checked in the and on our way to be led only halfway to the Colosseum to be said ok now you just go across the street to that tent over there show your ticket and go to line 3 and wait for your guide, then when down come back here after at 11:40am to check in again for the second part to go to the Forum tour. I would say communication is not the greatest however when we did have our 2 different tour guides inside the Colosseum and Forum they where very informative. Ultimate Italy has to have better communication.

5.00Rea was a fantastic guide! The tour was super interesting and both me and my husband enjoyed learning about the Colosseum and forum. The one note I have is that the meeting point doesn't have any shady spots nearby, so I recommend bringing an umbrella for shade or a fan or booking an early morning tour.
