Meet your guide in Via del Colosseo nr 31, in front of Caffe Roma, above the second floor of the Colosseum metro stop(blue line).
Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour you are required to be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.
Please provide an active phone number during the booking process in order to be contacted about last minute changing.
Pets are not allowed inside the venue
Every participant MUST bring an id or a photo of it. It is mandatory requested by the monument in order to enter the Colosseum Underground.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The tour might begin either the Roman Forum or the Colosseum, depending on the order.
Due to the Jubilee, some monuments may be under restoration. Please pay attention to any messages we may send regarding potential changes.

You will meet your guide at Via del Colosseo, 31. Our check-in staff will be waiting for you next to a blue flag and next to Caffe Roma, under the plate 31 of the street.

Just west of the Colosseum is the Roman Forum, which for many centuries was the place where the future of the ancient western civilization was decided. We will also provide you with access to the Roman Forum and you will still be under the careful attention of our expert guide. Although today the Roman Forum stands in ruins, for many reigns it was at the very center of Rome’s activities. It started as a marketplace for daily shopping, but as the power of the Empire grew, it became much more important. In this part of the tour, you will explore the remnants of ancient grandiose temples, bustling marketplaces, and imposing civic buildings. We will also show you the place where Rome first began—on Palatine Hill. Rome’s ancient existence has earned it the name “the Eternal City,” and its time as the ruling city of the lands bordering the Mediterranean Sea has earned it the designation “Capital of the World.”

5.002000 year old history comes alive at the Forum and the Coloseum.So much to see and learn.Simone made our tour excellent with her informative monolog and friendly nature. Do not hesitate to join a tour group for easy acess and a better experience,and do the underground fir sure.

3.00Since when does an underground tour not include the underground? It wasn't made crystal clear until after I'd paid and it was nor cancellable. The guide was fairly good. However it's totally overpriced. General admission is only 22 Euos and include the underground. This was more than double and didn't. A right con. and frankly in breach of The Trades Description Act. I foolishly bought it in England. The Act applies? Buy your ticket in Italy and not from these 'rip off' merchants.
Disappointing Colosseum and then great Ancient Rome

2.00We purchased a two-part experience. A guided Colosseum Underground Tour and then additionally the Ancient Rome Guided Tour. We were really looking forward to the Colosseum Underground Tour but were unfortunately disappointed. The "English Speaking" tour guide that was appointed to us had terrible English. A lot of words were used for minimal description to things and some of them didn't make sense. She was kind but very hard to follow for more than a sentence. I don't think anyone learned anything from our tour. At one point she even said herself "My English no that good". But, that's what we paid for!!! An English guide. We learned more from reading the signs throughout the tour. Our group was very disappointed. The second part of the tour you meet back at the meeting area to meet a new guide. This guide for the Ancient Rome tour was fabulous. It was very clear this was a passion of hers. Shew as friendly, a great guide and spoke English well. Honestly, we were most excited about the Colosseum in Rome. I wish we would have chosen another company for that tour and if we had the opportunity we would have toured it a second time with another guide just to learn something before leaving the country...but we know how difficult it is to get tickets.

5.00This tour was ABSOLUTELY worth it!!!! Our guide was Simonne and she couldn't have been any better. She was knowledgeable, spoke VERY good English, was extremely patient, as I was traveling with two seniors, 82 & 85, and my disabled husband, who has to use crutches. We never felt rushed or left behind. This was by far one of the best tours that we did while in Rome.
