Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers' full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The tour reservations have strict timing. To join the tour you are required to be at the meeting point for check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time.
If you arrive late for the meeting time, it will not be possible to join the group or reschedule, unless you pay for the activity again. As per "No Show" rules you will not be entitled to a refund.

Pets are not allowed inside the venue
Every participant MUST bring an id or a photo of it. It is mandatory requested by the monument in order to enter the Colosseum Underground.
Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
The tour might begin either the Roman Forum or the Colosseum, depending on the order.
Due to the Jubilee, some monuments may be under restoration. Please pay attention to any messages we may send regarding potential changes.

You will meet your guide at Via del Colosseo, 31. Our check-in staff will be waiting for you next to a blue flag and next to Caffe Roma, under the plate 31 of the street.

Just west of the Colosseum is the Roman Forum, which for many centuries was the place where the future of the ancient western civilization was decided. We will also provide you with access to the Roman Forum and you will still be under the careful attention of our expert guide. Although today the Roman Forum stands in ruins, for many reigns it was at the very center of Rome’s activities. It started as a marketplace for daily shopping, but as the power of the Empire grew, it became much more important. In this part of the tour, you will explore the remnants of ancient grandiose temples, bustling marketplaces, and imposing civic buildings. We will also show you the place where Rome first began—on Palatine Hill. Rome’s ancient existence has earned it the name “the Eternal City,” and its time as the ruling city of the lands bordering the Mediterranean Sea has earned it the designation “Capital of the World.”

5.00Incredible experience and you get to go to places general ticket holders do not. I learned so much from Giorgio. He went at a nice pace for the needs of people in our group and he gave us so much history it almost made our heads spin. Highly recommend. You get so much more out of this then just walking around exploring on your own!

5.00This was most definitely on the top of our list of experiences to date. The welcome committee was fabulous and spoke flawless English. Our tour guide, Giovanni, was exceptional. His English was flawless as well. He was clear, concise, extremely knowledgeable, professional and open to any and all questions. Our headsets were a godsend when others were close by. They enabled us to hear everything Giovanni said with no static. My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend this tour.

2.00In the Beginning the tour guide didn't walk or tell us where to correctly enter inside the colosseum, he stood on top of the meeting area and pointed us across the street once getting into the colosseum that tour guide was awesome, very clear spoken, took her time she wasn't a part of of Viator tour guidance named "untold Italy" Second part of the tour with the Viator guide through the Forum the guide was horrible she moved to fast, losing some of if in the crowd, she didn't speak clearly, we were lost on what she was saying and we had to figure it out ourselves. For 140.00 pp this tour should have been too test interaction, handed out waters, spoke clearly!! If you can buy your tickets through the Colosseum or another company!
