Amazing experience! Often times, a tour is as good as the tour guide in charge, and in this case, Sam could not have been more entertaining -- funny, energetic and full of great stories about Quebec City. During the three-hour tour, we enjoyed two appetizers, two entrees and one dessert in four excellent restaurants, along with wine (beer in one instance) in all, and I can say I would return to eat in all four places. The tour is pricey, but well worth the money, since it actually includes a full meal. They weren't kidding when they asked us to "come hungry." Highly recommended.

We had an amazing time with Lynn, as she was our guide for The Combo Historical and Food Tour of Old Quebec City. Lynn was very informative and the restaurants we dined at were top-notch! This tour is a bit pricey, but well worth the money.

The restaurants were wonderful and the food and wine were delicious. The small group allowed you to get to know the others on the tour and the guide. It was a great time. Lynn was so friendly and knowledgeable and the time went by t[ fast.

Lynn was a fabulous guide for this food & history tour. She's witty, knowledgable and was a wonderful guide to show us around the key historical spots and most amazing restaurants that Quebec City has to offer. We came hungry and left full and delighted. Highly recommend!

Tastings at 4 restaurants with either wine or beer pairing. For those who don’t drink, they offer mocktails. There is walking, but nothing too strenuous. A guide shares information about Quebec and the restaurants. I really enjoyed the tour and the food. I would recommend this for couples, friends, family or even singles. The people were friendly and it was enjoyable. Our tour guide, Luis was knowledgeable and entertaining. Definitely ask for him.

There are 5 tastings and 4 stops. It takes 3 hours. There is a lot of food. We came slightly hungry and left full. The highlights were: Carol, our guide, was from Quebec and had good info to share, the last stop was our favorite for food, the beer and wine tastings are a nice touch. The lowlights: It is a very slow moving tour, if you are elderly it might feel like a good pace, but it felt very slow for us (in our 40’s). The streets are very crowded and a lot of time is spent waiting for people to catch up, waiting to get into a restaurant and waiting for the group to gather in a quiet enough space to hear the guide talk. Overall: if you don’t know where to start on where to eat and don’t have a hotel Conceriege, plus have several days in town, this would be a good way to start the trip. If you only have a day or two, I’d spend it going to actual restaurants for an experience rather than a tour. This was my third trip and wanted to try something new. It was my husbands first trip and he liked it a lot. It is nice to check out several restaurants that you can go back to. We definitely left feeling full. The salad was nice, the onion soup ok, the shrimp flambé was not good (no flavor despite a big presentation), the steak had great flavor, but was tough. The dessert was excellent. We enjoyed the people we met, our guide and the info we learned.

Wow. We've done alot of food tours but this one is notches above. Our guide Guy was so interesting and fun to chat with, he knows so much about Quebec history & can answer any questions. We basically had a 5 course meal over 3 hours. Panzanella salad with delicious burrata, french onion soup (a full crock!), table-side flambéed shrimp with lobster cream sauce & saffron rice, then our favorite stop at Le Clan for a guinea fowl dish and a perfect little dessert. We would go back to all of these restaurants again! Don't hesitate to book this tour!
