There are 5 tastings and 4 stops. It takes 3 hours. There is a lot of food. We came slightly hungry and left full. The highlights were: Carol, our guide, was from Quebec and had good info to share, the last stop was our favorite for food, the beer and wine tastings are a nice touch. The lowlights: It is a very slow moving tour, if you are elderly it might feel like a good pace, but it felt very slow for us (in our 40’s). The streets are very crowded and a lot of time is spent waiting for people to catch up, waiting to get into a restaurant and waiting for the group to gather in a quiet enough space to hear the guide talk. Overall: if you don’t know where to start on where to eat and don’t have a hotel Conceriege, plus have several days in town, this would be a good way to start the trip. If you only have a day or two, I’d spend it going to actual restaurants for an experience rather than a tour. This was my third trip and wanted to try something new. It was my husbands first trip and he liked it a lot. It is nice to check out several restaurants that you can go back to. We definitely left feeling full. The salad was nice, the onion soup ok, the shrimp flambé was not good (no flavor despite a big presentation), the steak had great flavor, but was tough. The dessert was excellent. We enjoyed the people we met, our guide and the info we learned.

Wow. We've done alot of food tours but this one is notches above. Our guide Guy was so interesting and fun to chat with, he knows so much about Quebec history & can answer any questions. We basically had a 5 course meal over 3 hours. Panzanella salad with delicious burrata, french onion soup (a full crock!), table-side flambéed shrimp with lobster cream sauce & saffron rice, then our favorite stop at Le Clan for a guinea fowl dish and a perfect little dessert. We would go back to all of these restaurants again! Don't hesitate to book this tour!

HIGHLY recommend this tour. We had the best food of the trip. Each restaurant (one was a Michelin star location) served an amazing dish, such as shrimp flambe, and onion soup. Beer and wine was also served depending on the dish. At the fourth and final stop, we had food that was procured locally. Our guide was knowledgeable and gracious. She was well versed in the history of Quebec, and showed us the quaint streets and local attractions. I will recommend to all to visit Quebec.
