1.00Our guide never showed up. We contacted Viator twice while waiting by the entrance but did not get a response, not even an apology for being late. We paid for a guide and a boat tour and received neither. I definitely do NOT recommend Viator.

4.00I missed the canal boat, I didn’t realize I needed to schedule that myself. And, after finding the office to book the tour, didn’t have enough time to do the tour and return to my scheduled bus. I should have just booked the museum. It was sold out that day, so having advanced tickets was a necessity.
