Our guide and the community ambassador with meet you there and will give you the historical context of the Barrio Moravia, explain its origins in the 60's as an illegal neighborhood and explain one version of the "transformation of Medellin"

5.00I took the tour in Comuna 4 (Moravia) and honestly, it was probably one of the best tours I’ve ever experienced. Toto, our guide, and Heroina (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) were absolutely brilliant. They brought the sometimes painful history of the area to life and gave us deeply personal insights. There were so many goosebump moments, and the tour was completely different from anything I’ve done before—in the best way. Totally authentic, not your typical tourist experience. It was incredible to hear the story of this Comuna from someone who lived it and is part of its transformation. At times, I even had tears in my eyes, and I’m usually not someone who gets emotional easily. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who truly wants to understand Comuna 4.

5.00We had an amazing tour today in communa 4. Our tourguide Toto was super enthusiastic to tell us everything about his hometown and the community leader Gloria who joined told us her family history and the impact she has had on the community. We were looking for a tour that would give us an authentic feel of Medellín and to see into the lives of an average inhabitant of the city. Please book this tour if you want to see and understand the REAL Medellín! We felt safe and taken care of the entire tour and everyone we met on the way was super nice and wanted to say hi and have a chat.
