This is a fun and informal cookery course with one of Albania's most well-known chefs. As well as showing you how to cook two dishes from Mullixhiu's menu, Bledar will share a few stories from his time at Noma, under chef René Redzepi, and Fäviken, under chef Magnus Nilsson.

Today you'll learn to cook two Albanian dishes with chef Bledar Kola, of Restaurant Mullixhiu. Before returning to Albania a decade ago, Bledar worked in some of the world's most renowned restaurants, including Copenhagen's Noma and Sweden's Fäviken. Mullixhiu is renowned across Albania, and was featured in the "50 Best Discovery" list, compiled by the 50 Best Restaurants organisation to showcase up-and-coming chefs. You'll cook two dishes under Bledar's supervision - one vegetarian and one meat. Afterwards you can order a few more dishes from the menu (not included) and enjoy a relaxed lunch in the restaurant.
