• La Fortuna Costa Rica is magical!

  I've been to Costa Rica close to 30 times and every single time has been absolutely magical. Quite a few years ago I met Delvis with Pure Trek. He helped me arrange a trip I was taking a group of friends on. Being a travel agent from the United States, and having traveled to Costa Rica several times prior to meeting him, I always planned my own trips through my own research. But I wanted something more. I wanted a locals view and expertise. Delvis helped me plan that trip and every single trip I've been to after that. Delvis is an absolute genius when it comes to planning a trip to Costa Rica. What makes him so special is his experience. Being in Costa Rica he has visited most of the hotels and tours and has a deep connection with the locals. He will absolutely give you an incredible experience. I have also sent many of my friends and family his way and every single one of them have come back so happy using the common phrase "it was the best trip ever". On this current trip I brought my family and we wanted to experience a more local view of La Fortuna. And he absolutely delivered. Our first night we checked into our beautiful Hot Springs hotel and Delvis arranged for us to go on a night walk with an incredible guide named Mauricio. We saw a sloth, so many different frogs, snakes and more. Our guide was perfect! The next day we went to do the Mystico hanging bridges tour. The park is absolutely beautiful and fairly easy trails to walk through. They even have a handicap accessible area. There we saw birds, bats, snakes, frogs, sloths and monkeys. Delvis then planned for us to have a farm to table dinner cooking class with a beautiful local family. We arrived at the house of this beautiful family and they showed us around their farm. We then collected ingredients and came into the house where they made us beautiful drinks and taught us how to cook a typical Costa Rican meal. It was so delicious and we had such an amazing time. I really never wanted to leave and I felt like I was instantly part of this beautiful family. On our last day he arranged for us to take an ATV tour to the base of the volcano as well as around the beautiful town of La Fortuna. We had such an incredible time. The views are just so amazing and the ATV company that we used had beautiful new ATVs and our guide was so much fun. To end our perfect trip we spent our last afternoon on a boat around lake arenal. The boat was absolutely gorgeous and they had a grill on it. We grilled a bunch of kabobs and used the paddle boards on the lake. It was one of the most relaxing and most beautiful days I've had in Costa Rica. The attention to detail that Delvis puts into organizing a trip is remarkable. He puts so much love and knowledge into it. I know that I will never plan any trip there without his help. I feel so very fortunate that I've met him. • Exhilaration in the Rainforest

  We are an active, middle-aged couple who are moderately nervous about heights, so we were a bit apprehensive about trying Pure Trek Canyoning. However, from start to finish, we felt completely safe and supported by the incredible staff. Our guide, Myron, was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and always ready with encouragement. The rest of the team was equally fantastic, making sure we were comfortable and confident at each stage. The weather was intense with heavy rain, but instead of dampening the experience, it only made it more thrilling! Rappelling down the waterfalls in the heart of the rainforest, surrounded by lush greenery, was nothing short of magical. The photos they took were fantastic, capturing every exciting moment and making for a perfect souvenir of our adventure. This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Costa Rica. We can’t recommend Pure Trek Canyoning enough for anyone looking to add a little adventure to their vacation. 5 stars!

  Amazing group to take you canyoning. You feel very safe and they know what they are doing. We have so much doing this. The ladder going up 90ft at first scared me but they tell you how to go up and it was very easy and I am not a small lady.
