A very nice villa, full of flowers, located on the Sorrentine hills, not far from the city centre.
A Sorrentine family will welcome and shows you the features of their villa, including the garden where the guests will grab the harvest for the preparation, the vineyard, the cellars, the places where the animals from the farm use to live.

What To Expect
A nice aperitif and a warm welcome from the owners of this beautiful Villa on the sorrentine hills, is the perfect way to start the cooking class. Luigi will accompany you to the garden to take the harvest for the recipees you are going to prepare with the chefs. During the harvest you can see the lemon pergula, the olive threes, the grapes, the animal from the farm and a large variety of typical mediterranean flora and fauna. After being introduced and explained the menù, guided by the chefs, the preparation will start. A selection of italian aperitifs, homemade pasta as for example Cannelloni, Gnocchi, Ravioli or Lasagna in different sauces, main courses and desserts are just some of the plates that you will taste at the end of the preparation. When the food will be ready you will have the chance to celebrate your results tasting the different courses you have prepared. Welcome drink, wine and mineral water are included!

5.00We had a wonderful time at our cooking course with Giovanni! After a very easy commute in their family auto from Sorrento, we were welcomed into the family home with open arms. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening in every regard! Giovanni walked us informatively through preparation of pasta, fritters, and a veal ragu dish, all of which were fun to make and thoroughly enjoyable to eat along with the wonderful wine choices! Dinner finished with our own lava cake, again very wonderful! We enjoyed every moment of this dinner cooking course, which was likely the “high point” of visit Sorrento!

5.00This was such a great experience! My grandson ( 14 years old ) and I were really excited about this one. We were a party of 2, which made it even better because it was just us. No other people to share the cooking duties with! we made 2 Raviolis with a pork/cheese stuffing, A pasta with a very light lemon sauce, Brasciolle with was amazing, Pizza bread and Lava Cake for dessert. Giovanni was our Chef! amazing, i cant say enough good things about him, his home and the whole experience. I will book with him again if i am ever in Sorrento Again!

5.00We just did the cooking class as a couple and we loved it!😊 The staff were very knowledgeable and nice, and the recipes were delicious.It was a fun and relaxing way to spend the day together.We highly recommend it to try something new!

5.00My family appreciated the flexibility of the time of our class. We were also so grateful for the pick up and drop off at our hotel. We were not afraid of getting lost, just in enjoying our time! The farm was beautiful and the family treated you like one of their own. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, well planned class!
