Through this course we will introduce you to the world of homemade pasta. With us you will learn the ancient art of dough making and the main traditional preparations, from spaghetti to short pasta. You will thus learn to make timeless typical recipes.
We will teach you how to roll out the dough with the classic technique, completely manual, and through the use of the hand dough sheeter. We will also reveal the secrets to a perfect Sufo pasta dish. What you make with your own hands during the course, you can taste with the typical wines of the area around us, such as Bardolino Classico and Chiaretto.
Enter our home, breathe in the atmosphere of Italian cuisine and take it with you, once you return home, to amaze your guests!

In this course you will become part of a cooking class where you will learn the basics for a perfect pastry to make different types of pasta, we will vary from potato gnocchi, to spaghetti alla guitar to short pasta. We will try to pass on to you our experience and our tradition, what for us began as a passion and turned into a profession years ago. We will reveal the techniques for creating traditional first courses so you can amaze your guests at home in a short time with simple recipes and vegetarian sauces to meet all needs and palates. During the session we will accompany you with a local wine tasting to give that extra sparkle to make you feel at ease in our kitchen. We are waiting for you to share with you an experience with an entirely Italian flavour. The course will take place in two languages: Italian and English.

I recently took this pasta-making class and it was such a fun, hands-on experience. The instructor was warm, knowledgeable, and made the process approachable even for beginners. We learned how to make fresh dough from scratch, roll it out properly, and shape a few different types of pasta. Everything was broken down step by step, with plenty of tips to make it easy to replicate at home. I loved that the class struck the perfect balance between informative and relaxed—there was laughter, flour everywhere, and a real sense of accomplishment by the end. The best part, of course, was enjoying the pasta together. Highly recommend this class for anyone who loves Italian food or just wants a memorable activity.

This place felt very authentic with the husband and wife pay running the cooking class. I loved how simple the recipes were yet they tasted so divine. The classes inspired us to cook more as a family, and it was a great family experience.
