Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.

Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.

Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.

After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.

Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.

4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

Note: We can cater to vegetarian & dietary requirements

What To Expect

Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war as well as immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boat, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like as hats, watches, rings ... Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

    Excellent tour and great value for money. Chef Hai chose lovely fresh veg for us at the market and the coconut boat ride was fun. No actual fishing though! Cooking lesson was brilliant and food tasted amazing. Highly recommend this tour

    This was a fantastic experience. The chef was amazing. The cooking class was phenomenal, and the food was delicious. Everything was clean and well organized. Each cooking station was assigned 2 people, that way everyone had an opportunity to cook. Truly amazed by how tasty the food was.

    Awesome experience with Hi Hi cooking local dishes. The food was great and Hi Hi was amazing at showing us what to do. The basket boats were also so much fun! A great way to spend a day in Hoi An.

    Definitely recommend! From start to finish HiHi was fun and interactive. From the shopping for fresh produce to the making of meals was fantastic. Definitely a must to do in Hoi An.

    I had such a fun and unique experience with instructor Hai! We started with coconut boats and crab fishing, which was a great way to enjoy the local scenery and get hands-on with nature. The cooking class afterward was both informative and entertaining, and Hai made everything easy to follow while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and memorable cultural experience!

    We had the investor experience this morning. Haihai was our poor guide and he led the cooking class wonderful. The basket experience was so fun and very laid-back and it was 50,000 dong to get spun. I felt like it was very entertaining and a low-key morning. Great way to spend some time outside of HoiAn. but still experienced some of the culture and enjoy our time here 100%. I would recommend even if you are not big on cooking or eating Vietnamese food. Still a great time
