Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

What To Expect
Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war as well as immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boat, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like as hats, watches, rings ... Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

5.00It was such an amazing experience!! HaiHai was an incredible chef as he guided us through every step during cooking. The coconut tour included was also very thoughtfully planned out and was so much fun. The food we made was very delicious and overall the experience was a 10/10! Shout out HaiHai for an unforgettable cooking experience!!!!

5.00Our chef Hai Hai was fantastic and very energetic, ensured everyone was involved and constantly checked for allergies and intolerances. The dishes are very generous and delicious, look forward to remaking at home with recipes provided. Would recommend to everyone !! We also did the coconut boat ride which was so so cute and enjoyable.

5.00This tour was excellent from start to finish. Beginning with a short visit to the local markets, followed by a coconut boat tour, finishing off with an excellent hands-on cooking class. My partner and I had a 10/10 experience and we haven’t stopped talking about it since!! Highly recommend.

5.00I had so much fun with our tour guide! He was incredibly sweet and made sure everyone was having a good time. Cooking class was definitely a highlight and we got to make and eat sooo much yummy food. Would 100% recommend to anyone visiting hoi an :)
