Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

5.0The Cooking Class Hoi A with Local Market shopping, a coconut basket boat ride and learning how to cook several Vietnamese dishes was a fantastic experience that lasted 4-5 hours. We are certainly not chefs, but we were happy we successfully followed Chef Hi Hai’s instructions and enjoyed a delicious meal. The trip to the local market to buy produce, the basket boat ride and fishing for purple crab were special treats as well. Highly recommend!

5.0Memorable experience on our trip. Viet was a wonderful guide. We visited the local markets, enjoyed a fun boat ride and finished with the cooking class. We made many dishes and took home the recipie to try at home. Highly recommend this tour!

5.0This is my one and only cooking class in Hoi An. I feel that most of these sessions are similar. The differences will be on the guild and the dishes you make. Our guide, Hai, was super friendly and energetic. Great guy and showed us how to make some local dishes. I learned a few techniques as well. Would recommend to anyone.
