Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

What To Expect
Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war as well as immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boat, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like as hats, watches, rings ... Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

We picked our food from a local market, had a relaxing coconut boat tour with some locals who had a lot of personality, and made some really yummy food back at Hee’s family restaurant! 5.00We absolutely loved our cooking class in Vietnam with Hei Hei. The food was fantastic - we made and tasted four dishes including spring rolls, papaya salad, Vietnamese pancakes and lemongrass chicken. Everything was fresh and full of flavour. We highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.
