Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.

What To Expect
Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war as well as immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boat, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like as hats, watches, rings ... Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

5.00Honestly had such an amazing time with the head chef here, and staff were so welcoming and accommodating with my wife’s Allergies! Would recommend to anyone seeking a deeper dive into Vietnamese food and wanting to learn some new techniques!

5.00Thoroughly enjoyed our cooking class. Professionally run in a timely manner. We made fresh fried spring rolls, rice pancakes and chicken curry with sticky rice and not to forget the papaya salad with dipping sauce. All so tasty and filling - a must do activity!

5.00We had a fantastic day with Ly 5⭐️ we began at the local markets to select the ingredients for our dishes. Felt very authentic going around with a local chef through the markets and exploring the different fruit, veg and meats available. Then took a trip to coconut village, went around the rivers on the coconut boat and saw the spinning of the coconut boats you can do this for a small extra fee if you’d like. You get to try your hand at fishing for crabs 🦀 very cool experience too. Then you go to the kitchen, very beautiful kitchen and cook some spring rolls, dipping sauce, a curry and pancakes rolls. And enjoy them all too. The food was beautiful and it was a wholesome experience with lots of authentic information learned and plenty of authentic experiences. All staff we came across were warm and welcoming. Ly is a lovely chef, no questions were an issue and has a great attitude to you learning and asking questions, would recommend this tour it’s been our favourite so far! You learn what you may like to order in the future. Also your given recipes to take home to cook your dishes for family and friends. 10/10

4.00The cooking class itself was good and interesting. Our guide or chef put a lot of effort and explained a lot. However, the previous basket boating and “fishing” was a short tear-off of a tourist program (cruise on a crowded route, be allowed to look at the show, be allowed to hold fishing poles in the water for a short time without any chance of real catch... well)
