Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.

Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.

Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.

After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.

Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.

4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

Very enjoyable half a day with chef hi hai, the market coconut boats and cooking were all so much fun - would really recommend Take some extra cash for the spinning of the coconut boats

This was a wonderful fun experience from beginning to end. Hihi was an excellent guide and chef. The food was delicious and plentiful.

The entire tour with HiHi was enjoyable and educational! From talking to the vendors at the market, to pulling up some crabs to eating the delicious food our guide helped us cook! Recommended!!!

The Cooking Class Hoi A with Local Market shopping, a coconut basket boat ride and learning how to cook several Vietnamese dishes was a fantastic experience that lasted 4-5 hours. We are certainly not chefs, but we were happy we successfully followed Chef Hi Hai’s instructions and enjoyed a delicious meal. The trip to the local market to buy produce, the basket boat ride and fishing for purple crab were special treats as well. Highly recommend!
