Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

What To Expect
Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war as well as immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boat, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like as hats, watches, rings ... Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

5.00It was a lovely tour and just the right pace. A market tour to start the day followed by a good 45 mins on the basket boats. To wrap up, a full cooking class where we had hands on experience preparing 4 recipes. We got to eat the things we cooked in between recipes which was nice given the heat (and not needing to eat all at once). Would definitely recommend this tour. Our guide was also excellent!

5.00Such a great experience, we had Hi Hi as our tour. The boats were fun but the cooking class was amazing, really enjoyable, social experience. And you get to pick you fresh ingredients from the local market before hand.
