Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

What To Expect
Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war as well as immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boat, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like as hats, watches, rings ... Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

5.00Very enjoyable cooking class. Hea Hea (head chef) was very engaging and funny. Making it a very fun experience. His random choice of song still makes me laugh. Food was great. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Highly recommended! (Boat ride and market was also good fun)

5.00We had a fabulous time with our guide taking us to the market, the boats and cooking. Recipes that were fresh and fun (and that we are likely to try and make at home). Kids felt included and the guide was very welcoming.

5.00It was good tour. The boat ride was nice and the boat spinning was fantastic experience. Must try. The cooking class after was very good as well. Everyone got to cook and work with ingredients. Hai is a great guide and chef.

5.00Had an amazing cooking tour here. We made spring rolls, papaya salad, ban xeo, rice and eggplant in clay pot. We are vegetarians and they accommodated our requests very well.
Must try this cooking class! Husbands favourite tour overall!

5.00This was a must try cooking experience!Our guide hai hei was funny, witty, knowledgeable and a patience chef! The tour was a favourite tour for my husband who loves cooking, I’m not a massive cooking fan but I enjoyed the pace of the cooking class and the food was delicious. The family that fun the school are beautiful and so kind. We were welcomed with open arms. The coconut boat ride was a load of fun!!! I highly recommend this tour.
