Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.

What To Expect
Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war as well as immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boat, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like as hats, watches, rings ... Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

5.00It was a great mix of the coconut boat, experience into the local markets, and then of course the Hi-light (pun intended) of the cooking class and 4 course meal with guide Hi. Everything was super tasty and I am excited to make the rice pancakes and spring rolls back at home in the states!

5.00This was a wonderful experience l. We traveled through the market to buy fresh ingredients for our meal. Hai explained the unique Vietnamese herbs. Then we went on the banana boats. The rowers were so nice and friendly! We ended by returning to a restaurant to make our fresh food. Hai explained everything in detail and we followed along. The dishes were amazing: fried springs rolls, papaya salad, egg pancake, lemongrass chicken, and a lovely passion fruit to end the experience. While it was hot outside, we were comfortable the entire time with AC.

5.00We had an amazing afternoon with Hai creating memories that will last a lifetime. He picked us up promptly and took us to a local food market, where he explained the various fruits and vegetables on display. This was followed by a fun ride on the basket boats in the Coconut Forest where we had a ride up the river, got to cast a fishing net with a local fisherman and caught crabs. Next, it was time to learn how to cook Vietnamese food. Hai was very thorough in his explanations and, with his support, we prepared four delicious meals. Everything ran like clockwork and we had a very enjoyable time learning about Vietnamese food and how local families live. Thanks Hai for a day to remember!

5.00We had so much fun! The tour was brilliant and the guide was amazing he made the experience very enjoyable for the entire group and he gave us the recipes for the food we cooked which was a bonus as the food was delicious!! Highly recommend this tour
