Morning tour: 8:30 – 13:00/Afternoon tour: 14:30 – 19:00 with small group for 1 class. Going to experience a local colorful market how to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals.
Take a paddle boat trip in a unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boat down the waterways of a coconut palm paradise. Enjoy a hands-on experience of traditional net fishing and “Purple Crabs” in the canal.
Welcome drink and join the cooking class. Our chef will teach you traditional methods of how to cook 4 dishes of Vietnamese foods.
After the lesson, you enjoy what you cooked and 4 prepared side dishes.
Tour end, the tour guide will drop you off back at the hotel.
4 prepared side dishes such as: morning glory, soup, steamed rice & dessert

What To Expect
Explore the Eco-Village Cam Thanh which is associated with the heroic history of the anti-French and anti-American war as well as immersed in the natural beauty of the nipa palm forest by bamboo basket boat, get some loveable handmade gifts from nipa palm leaves like as hats, watches, rings ... Learn how to catch fish by throwing fishing -net and “ Purple Crabs” in the canal. Welcome drink at our family restaurant by bamboo house with rustic style in the countryside. Our chef will you the differences about the ingredients and traditional methods how to cook Vietnamese food. At the end of the course, we will provide you with recipes so you can cook Vietnamese good with your family and friends at your home. You learn 4 courses but enjoy 8 Vietnamese foods. After have lunch/dinner, our guide will drop you off back your hotel.

5.00Hai Hai was fabulous. We made a delicious meal. He carefully described all the ingredients and patiently showed us how to make spring rolls, Vietnamese pancakes and chicken. We were fully satiated and the portions were generous. I recommend this excursion-fun and educational experience. The kitchen was very clean!!!

5.00Really enjoyed our experience with Hoi An cooking class. Our chef Hee (Hai Hai) was very thorough and explained every step really well, with demonstrations. The entire day was very well organised from pick up, to local market, to coconut boats to the restaurant. A great day out if visiting Hoi An!

5.00The tour is split between the coconut village and cooking class, so have in mind that it won't revolve only around cooking. Some meals are made from scratch, while others are prepared by the guide/his support, and attendees just finish them. All in all it was a really fun and relaxing activity.
Would recommend! So much food and the boat trip was definitely a highlight!! Great day out with lots included.
