This was a great experience , very personal, fun , informative and delicious ! The views were fantastic and you get to eat what you cook ! Chef Carlo is great and makes it even more enjoyable !

Carlo is great. Friendly and knowledgeable! He provides a great learning experience in the most beautiful setting imaginable! A tour through his garden and orchard picking fresh items included in dinner. Fantastic!

We are a family of three, including our 6 year old daughter and we all had a blast during this experience! The fruits and veggies from the garden were so fresh and delicious! Carlo’s hospitality is amazing, and he was so kind and helpful in showing us how to prepare the dishes. For our group, we made cannolis and Pasta Alla Norma, both were so delicious! Highly recommend booking this!

Cooking with Carlo was FABULOUS!!! It starts with a walk around the family farm, with all fresh vegetables and a mandarin orange orchard. They use all homegrown ingredients from the tomatoes to the spices and it has a spectacular view of the ocean and Palermo. We made pasta and cannolis and it was delicious. We HIGHLY recommend for anyone who loves new adventures!!!
