  This was a highlight of our trip to Sicily! Chef Carlo was amazing. The farm and the views were incredible. Overlooking the town and Mediterranean Sea, you can't beat the view. You pick the ingredients that you use in cooking right from there! The recipes were simple and Chef was a great teacher. Food was amazing! Such a pleasant experience. We will definitely going back and bringing friends! 100% worth it!

  What an amazing experience!! Mariangela and Chef Carlo were an extraordinary team. Do not look anywhere else for a cooking class - this one is well worth it! From the garden tour to the outdoor cooking class on their beautiful terrace - the food, views and experience cannot be beat. They welcome you into their home as strangers and you leave as friends. They were super accommodating to our large group of 12 (including 4 kids)!! We fit perfectly and were able to enjoy as a family. Mariangelo was a huge help and super communicative throughout the entire booking and preparation process. First class service!

  Chef Carlo and his wife Mariangela were so accommodating for travel delays and gracious with their home and farm. It was an incredible experience that we would absolutely do again!
