Our chef, Alessandro, provided us with a fantastic culinary journey for the evening. Pasta, tiramisu and lots of wine along with his passion for food made it an evening to remember!!

We had the most lovely time making two fresh pastas and tiramisu! We had a group of six and were drinking, listening to music, and learning all about authentic pasta making. Chef Clive was fun and incredibly talented at his craft. I was blown away by the quality of pasta I was able to make (without any prior experience). I absolutely recommend booking this experience for couples, or groups of friends traveling abroad!

My family loved the hands-on experience in learning to make pasta and Tiramisu. I highly recommend this cooking class. It is worth the experience. We all had so much fun. BTW the wine was good as well : )

we made 2 pasta and a tiramisu. For me, I found the price to value not worth it given its vegetarian pasta. I was expecting meat sauce based. None of us had dietary requirements. There’s “unlimited” wine but its very cheap ones. It is still fun, but not for the price

Amazing experience with local and authentic cuisine. The way Alessandro transports his cuisine experience from his grandmother (la nonna) teachings to the reasons why he cooks today is very cravy. The environment and comfort he creates, makes you want to cook with your heart and soul and not just a "perfect" dish. Recommend this experience for everyone who wants to learn authentic Italian cuisine and know more about what makes Italy so special and unique for dishes like pasta and tiramisu!

My husband and I went to class in the off-season so we had a private lesson. The teachers were very friendly and explained in detail each step to prepare tiramisu and pasta. I really enjoyed this class and would have a class with them again if I got the chance.

Had a wonderful time with Clive and Peter! Instructors were personable, gave great instructions, and made the experience one of a kind! Would recommend for anyone looking for a great time and hungry for tasty pasta. Clive’s and Peter’s experience shines through with their hands-on demonstrations and in-depth knowledge of kitchen techniques. My wife and I would do it again (if we weren’t already professional-grade pasta makers from our time in this class!)
