Great time. Fun and educational. We had a group of 11 with different skill levels and Alessandro helped everyone succeed and have fun.

Pasta making was great, chef was fun. Feel confident to make it again. Overall felt quite expensive for a 90 minute class, with 60 minutes on the pasta making. Good to learn how to make tiramisu though none of us enjoyed it after dinner (it is supposed to rest overnight…we normally like it). The class was done after 90 minutes. We were served our pastas with ok sauces. Ravioli with watery butter sage sauce. And pasta with good vegetarian tomato sauce (great for us). Plenty of wine and water. 12 total at our event. Our five were the only ones who stayed to enjoy the free wine and ambiance after the 30 minutes of eating. Our 15, 17, and 20 year olds really enjoyed it. We also have the QR code for the recipes.

We came on our honeymoon to Florence and completed the class our first day. AMAZING start to our time here. Chef Clive was fantastic, knowledgeable, and patient. He worked through each step with us while explaining the process. Now I can't wait to go home and put the lesson to use!
