Chef Clive was AMAZING! 12 out of 10 stars! Humorous and smart and fun and a mix of irreverent and respectful. Cannot recommend enough. Do this tour. And the food we made was delicious. Do not think twice about booking this. Worth every penny.

Was a wonderful experience. Our chef, Alexandro, made it enjoyable as well as informative. The class was small and the wine was good.

Chef Clive was totally amazing. great teacher, wonderful personality, great sense of humor, the food he helped us create was fantastic. Will give him 5+ stars and highly recommend this tour. We'll say the facility where we cook was a little warm but we're in a heat wave in Italy at this time where it's 90° outside The restaurant where we ate what we had created was phenomenal small venue very family oriented.

The chef Clive (I might be butchering it, sorry for it). Knowledgeable and great. His vibe made me as a solo traveller to be part of 2 big groups. I had good time and I learn how to cook and not to piss off Italian
