Watch out and don’t drink too much of the free persecco before the class starts. Also, ask for an apron, so you don’t get flour all over your clothes.

We had a great time making tiramisu, ravioli, and tagliatelle!! Oriella was fantastic, and we were filled with endless laughter. And to top off the experience, the pasta was so good! we would absolutely go again.

The cooking experience itself was great - I did it with my friend and we enjoyed doing it. The host was okay, she was a bit snappy and to be honest seemed like she didn’t want to be teaching the course. We had roughly 10 in our group. For the cooking experience you get prosecco and then when you sit to enjoy you get red and white wine. Firstly you make tiramisu as a group eg. Taking it in turns to do the steps of the mascarpone and then you create individual pots to have for dessert. The host did step through all of the steps and gave insider tips and tricks as to what to look for when doing it. Then you move over to making 2 different types of pasta. The experience was great, but again, the host was a bit snappy at the group. We made ravioli and linguini. We unfortunately didn’t make the ravioli mix and didn’t get the opportunity to do the sauce for the linguini. I would have liked to do this. Following this we got to sit down and enjoy after one of the sous chefs physically cooked the pasta. It was delicious and I recommend doing it. The other participants in the cooking course were also incredibly fun and bought a good vibe.

The cooking class in Italy was exceptional. Filipe was very informative and taught us the art of cooking pasta and tiramisu. My daughter and I both enjoyed the class.
