Had a great afternoon with my son and fellow cooks. Alessandro was a great host of our cooking experience. He hosts the class with passion and an easy going sense of humour. No previous skills are required. You pick up some great skills, have time to enjoy the food you created and chat with fellow classmates. A top way to enjoy an afternoon in Florence.

Overall a wonderful and insightful experience cooking pasta the Italian way. We were blessed that we had the class to ourselves and could ask as many questions about the food preparation. Chef Clive kept encouraging us and gave us pointers. Overall the food we prepared tasted so good! Thank you for the experience!
