I went here with my family as a fun activity and we left knowing this is literally the best experience we have ever had hands down. Chef Clive and Chef Peter were so nice and hilarious, they helped us make everything and we were laughing the whole time. Not only was it an amazing time but the food we made was absolutely delicious I can’t describe it. I have never eaten so much in my entire life. It made it even better knowing WE MADE IT!!!! Honestly it was so special. We went to the Colosseum and Vatican City. And this was 100000000% better. I have no complaints. Seriously if ur around Florence you will regret it if you don’t come. Thanke you guys so much for the best time!!!!!!!!

Clive and his soux chef Peter kept us engaged and entertained, sharing their knowledge and inspiring us to be chefs of our own. If you only do one thing in Italy, make your way to Florence and book this experience. It’s unforgettable. One of the greatest family memories we’ve ever created. True human beings offering up their time and talents. It doesn’t get any better.

This was such a fun and wonderful experience, and we owe it all to our instructor, Ambar! She did such a great job of making it a class about having an enjoyable time with those around you, while also learning some great cooking tips. We had lots of laughs and great conversation. We will be absolutely using what we learned back at home!

Chef Clive was absolutely amazing! The staff patients and their knowledge was incredible. They taught us so much about flavor and why we were doing what we were doing. Our time was full of laughs and this was our favorite part of our entire Italy trip from Rome, Venice, and Florence. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We had the absolute best time!!!
