Our guide Ambar was so fun, easy to follow, and made the experience a blast. The explanations for the recipes were shared in a way that is easy to understand and makes a lot of practical sense. The dining experience was nice, and we’ll definitely be taking these recipes home to try.

It was an amazing fun experience! Our whole group had such a great time with Orietta. We made two types of pasta and made tiramisu for dessert. We then all sat down to eat together - so much food!

The class was an absolute blast! 🎉 Our instructor was so lively and hilarious—she had us laughing nonstop while guiding us through each step. The tiramisu turned out perfectly light and just the right amount of sweet, and making fresh pasta was surprisingly simple and super fun, even for total beginners! The directions were crystal clear, and now I can’t wait to show off my new Italian cooking skills at home! 🇮🇹🍝✨
