Alessandro made sure we all had a great experience. The only negative is having to stand on your feet 2 of the 3 hours, be sure to note before booking.

Excellent experience!!! Alessandro was a fabulous instructor...warm, hospitable, great humor and knowledgeable. Our small group of 11 was the perfect size for the instruction. The 'family dinner' after we made our pasta and tiramisu was a lovely, intimate ending to a perfect evening. Grazie mille Alessandro!!!

Awesome pasta making class. We made pasta and got to eat it with unlimited wine. They also accommodated my gluten allergy. Ambar was funny and nice. It was a great way to spend an evening.

Narghess was the best guide we could’ve gotten. She was so much fun and truly made our experience. I’ve done pasta cooking classes in the past and this one has been the best because of Narghess. 10/10 recommend it was the perfect.

An amazing experience! A huge thank you to Clive, an exceptional instructor. Clive was engaging and knowledgable, wonderful to learn from a professional chef. He made it a well rounded experience, we wanted to put our hearts into it and enjoy the process of making beautiful pasta! We didn't know what to expect and this experience exceeded our expectations! The location, Corte dei Pazzi, is beautiful, extremely organized and clean. The results of the class, pasta and tiramisu, were delicious! Thank you!

Chef Clive made this an experience a 10 out of 10. He has a real passion and live For what he does and that trickles down to his students. We enjoyed his class as a family of 5. We all absolutely loved this experience and the pasta and tiramisu was out of this world not to mention the unlimited wine.
