Learning to make pasta and tiramisu with UgoChef was the highlight of our 3 week trip to Sicily. We cooked in Nona's kitchen with an engaging and talented chef who made us feel so competent that we are sure to try the recipes at home. Everything - the spinach and ricotta raviolis, the fettuccini with sun dried tomato pesto, and the layered tiramisu with lady fingers lightly soaked in run and coffee turned out perfectly. We savored a delicious dinner with added appetizers and wine while UgoChef told us about his grandmother and his cooking experiences. It was a memorable evening. We give the experience 10+ and highly recommend it if you like to cook and and eat Sicilian food.

It was my first time in such an experience — I had actually given the activity away, but acabei also participating, and I can say that I would recommend it 1000%! Chef Ugo was super professional and, at the same time, very welcoming: he even played music from my country, making me feel really at home. The space is beautiful and super cozy. We made fettuccine, ravioli and tiramisu. And, since we couldn’t eat everything, Chef Ugo also gave us containers to take away — a very kind gesture. Super recommended: Chef Ugo is a guarantee!

Such a fun experience with some of the best pasta and tiramisu we’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend. The class was taught in a fun, easy to follow way. We’re so excited to take our pasta making skills home with us!

We have just returned from what amounted to a private cooking class with UgoChef. We made fettuccine with sundried tomato pesto, spinach and ricotta ravioli and tiramisu and we learned so much! This was one of our favorite meals in Sicily. We picked his brain for advice about everything from homemade pizza to wine, why recipes may fail at home, learned about what the typical Sicilian eats (not pasta every meal) and shared travel stories. Our three hours went by in a blink and we were sad to leave. I would recommend this in a red hot second.
