I just returned from an incredible Moroccan cooking class in Marrakesh, hosted at kasbah by Hajar, Cooking Marrakech Journey in the Medina, and it exceeded all my expectations! As a traveler eager to dive into authentic local flavors, this was the perfect way to immerse myself in Moroccan culture beyond the bustling souks. Highly recommend it 🥰

Wow where do i begin?! Booked a cooking class in Marrakech hoping to learn a few techniques when cooking tagine. This experience fat exceeded my expectations 🤩. Sara and her sister were AMAZING hostesses and provided so much education on Moroccan food and culture. They are warm, professional and beyond kind and the space where the class took place is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. We enjoyed plenty of delicious mont tea, prepared a meal together and at the end enjoyed delicious chicken tagine! One of the most beautiful experiences to have in Marrakech. We were welcomed with the preparation of Moroccan tea and delicious pastries. Then, together, we prepared Tajine and couscous as per traditional Moroccan customs. It was wonderful to share this experience, thanks especially to the kind hospitality of Sara and her sister, who, along with their mother, patiently helped us create delicious dishes. All in all, you have to try it to believe it.

Just left having spent a very enjoyable 4 hours with fantastic hosts. Tea making and food (chicken tajine) with fresh vegetables and marinades. From shopping for ingredients in the local market to repping and cooking was just sublime. Thanks again. Would thoroughly recommend. You’ll not be disappointed

I had such an amazing afternoon with Sara and her family. I usually don’t like cooking but this experience was the highlight of my trip. It was powerful to be surrounded by a group of kind and caring women, my friends and I really felt at home. It was fun to learn how to cook couscous and delicious to savour it.

What an incredible experience!! Sara was such a great host. As a first timer, I was in awe of the beautiful space and the table set up. We were greeted with smiles and the BEST homemade cookies and mint tea. Sara took her time and really included us in making a traditional Tagin dish as we cut up veggies and marinated with all the best spices Morocco has to offer. I recommend this class to anyone who wants a relaxed experience and is a great time for bonding with your friends.
