Meet up with the Chef Mimmo Siciliano in the historical center of Taormina and visit the local market. Taste various fresh vegetable products, cheese sold by local sellers. Choose the dishes you would like to cook with the Chef, based on the fresh and seasonal ingredients you will find at the market. Transfer to the Restaurant "Ahoy Bistrò Siciliano" in Giardini Naxos (included in the price), 15 minutes from the market, facing the sea and the Bay of Naxos and Taormina. Start your experience with a wine tasting with focaccia, cold cuts, and local Sicilian cheese. After wearing the apron, you will prepare 3 traditional Sicilian dishes: an appetizer, a fish dish and six different types of fresh pasta homemade by you. And then you will sit at the table to enjoy a real typical Sicilian lunch, a few meters from the beach and the sea, with a final tasting of small traditional Sicilian Cannoli accompanied by a glass of Limoncello. At the end of the experience, customers will be taken back to the meeting point.

Great fun, very informative - you learn heaps about Sicilian food in a really well organised set up; Chef Mimmo is fabulous and his assistants are really helpful; the food we prepared was easy to do and super tasty and could be easily replicated - recipes supplied

Great fun and very informative. The whole day was amazing. Lots of food ( made by yourself) and wine. All in a beautiful setting on the seafront in Naxos.

This class was a lot of fun. My 82 year old father particularly enjoyed it, but the whole family had a great time cooking & learning, and especially drinking wine and enjoying the view while we waited.

The market part was a waste of time we did nothing there the guy came with a box of vegetables and explained about them. We didn’t need to be in the market for that .We also waited there a long time there.(a waste of money)The cooking class was good and food was very good. Was very hot there.
