Kelly & Philippe were gracious hosts welcoming a fairly large group of us to their stunning home. Our visit started with a lesson by Elizabeth Bard, a NY Times best selling author, teaching us how to put together a charcuterie board. Once our boards were completed we were able to enjoy the fruits of our labor along with wine tasting from a local vineyard all this while overlooking the beautiful French countryside. Then it was onto our cooking class where one group prepared tapenade while the other prepared an apple rosette dessert. We were all then treated to a delicious classic Provençal duck dish prepared by Philippe. This experience from start to finish was top notch. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to France.

Truly, one of the very best culinary experiences ever! The day was magical: from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a special afternoon. Chef Kelly and Chef Philippe and the entire staff were exceptional. The food, atmosphere, and backdrop where magnificent If you were looking to find something completely different than you’ve ever experienced I highly recommend giving Kelly a call and booking your next reservation to this amazing magical place. I can’t wait to return and everyone I was with feels the same way we all 100% where beyond ecstatic about the day🙏

Phillipe and Kelly were the perfect hosts during our afternoon at their abode! Along with a wine tasting by Vicente of Mont Thabor, and the charcuterie board guidance by Elizabeth Bard (who is a writer & cookbook author), our group had a wonderful experience of their hospitality, cooking direction, and delicious cassoulet meal! Their property was the perfect setting for a relaxing, fun afternoon! Thank you for accommodating our large group.

We are 4 girlfriends from Canada who did the class w Kelly and Philippe (AKA M Risotto). It was a wonderfully relaxed afternoon with delicious food and wine at the end. The salt encrusted seabass and poach pear dessert were particularly memorable. We learned some new recipes. Highly recommend!

When I began planning our trip to Provence, I knew I wanted to include a cooking class. Our day at La Belugue couldn’t have been more special. Kelly and her husband, Philippe, welcomed us into their wonderful, renovated 18th century village farmhouse. But first we met Philippe at a village market to purchase the fresh , local produce that we would use to prepare our lunch. Our time in the kitchen was well-organized and lots of fun. Then my favorite part of our day - sitting down together at a beautifully set table in Kelly’s backyard to share an incredible meal. Thank you, Kelly, for such a memorable experience.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at La Belugue for 3 nights as well as participate in their market trip/cooking class. Both were an absolute delight!! We have some quirky food preferences and Kelly was able to adapt the menu for us while still keeping it authentic. So yummy - I’m about to recreate the dishes at home tonight!

Kelly offers a fantastic experience of culinary delights in Provence cuisine. Even better, she is a welcoming, gracious and artistic coach for anyone who wants to try cooking, from cautious beginners to artisans. Gorgeous setting and wonderful conversation rounds out the experience. We were there in August on a hot day so she made refreshing appetizers main meal and dessert for a fusion of flavors, served on the patio in French Provincial style - could have stayed there all day - and actually we almost did. Thanks Kelly 💕
