Anjali, our mentor who is a great cook, will be explaining meticulously in detail about the dishes and spices to the guests and will also provide the guests with a hands on experience in a traditional Indian kitchen. With lip smacking flavors and finger licking vegetarian dishes, CHEZ ANJALI is all set to welcome the guests and give them an experience of their lifetime.

Located in Central Delhi, Chez Anjali provides your clients with an opportunity to spend some unforgettable quality moments with an Indian Family with a traditional Indian welcome garlands and tikka which will be cherished by them throughout their lives.

5.00Today I had a fantastic cooking lesson from Anjali In the center of Delhi. Fritters, paneer massala, rice with cumin and Indian bread made. Super good explanation, clear English and in a very atmospheric environment. We were really fantastically received and pampered! Highly recommended!

5.00What a fabulous evening spent with Anjali and her husband. After journeying from museum to monument all day we were in search for a real authentic Indian experience. This lovely couple welcomed us into their home and gave us just that! Preparing and cooking in a strangers home was not something we had experienced before but the event was such good fun, the finished meal was delicious and the company really pleasant. We would high recommend signing up for this class. It was a culinary adventure and gave us a real insight into what it is really like to live in India.

5.008 KLM crew members had a wonderful afternoon at Anjali’s and Arvind’s house, attending a cooking class by Anjali. It was a hands-on experience and we learned a lot about ingredients, mixing herbs, tips and tricks for cooking and frying. The dishes we made were vegetarian dishes, but on request Anjali will also do a chicken dish. Anjali is very helpful and patient. We enjoyed their company, such a lovely couple, and the food. You also get a glimpse into the life of an Indian family.

5.00A wonderful and educational evening! At Anjali and Arvind you will not only cook delicious Indian dishes, but you will also taste something of Indian Culture and Welcoming. In their own kitchen, you will learn the intricacies of Indian cuisine step by step, with plenty of room for pleasant conversations about daily life in India. Our 12-year-old son also cooked enthusiastically. Great Food, Warm Mood and Absolutely Suitable for Kids!
