The advantage of renting your e-bike with us is you get a state-of-the art cycle. We manufacture our own bikes, meaning we know them inside out. In case of any issues, our in-house team can quickly solve the problem for you.
Our location is perfect if you want to explore the many gems of Copenhagen, or if you want to go up our beautiful coast line. We are furthermore located close to all cruise ship terminals in the city.
The Elivra Madigan Cargo e-Bike is the model you will be renting. It comes with a stunning new and sleek design with a battery range of 80km - allowing you to cover plenty of ground. With its wide all-season tyres, sealed chain-box, comfortable Brooks-look saddle and handlebar - you will feel the smoothness of this ride.
You will have access to 5 assistant levels (including walking-assistance) and 7 gears.

What To Expect
Do you want the freedom to explore Copenhagen on your own? Then rent one of our fun and reliable e-bikes and have the flexibility of going where you want to when you want to. These are truly top quality e-bikes and we provide a full service throughout the rental period. The e-bike can drive up to 80km on a full charge meaning you can really go far, and even off the beaten track. We are happy to come with suggestions of where to go - e.g. you can drive up the beautiful coastal line to one of our stunning parks and see other hidden gems and castles in the outskirts of Copenhagen. If you choose to rent the e-bike over several days, we will provide you with a charger so you can charge the battery at your hotel. All rentals include helmets, lock (built-in), and a basket on the bike to store your goods. If you have added children to your booking please note we will provide either a child seat or a cargo trailer (the cargo trailer can fit up to 2 kids) - max age 8 years. Please specify in your 'special request' section if you prefer cargo trailer og child seat (subject to availability). For 1 Day Rentals: Rental Period is up to 6 hours. Earliest pick-up time is 10.30am and latest drop-off time is 4.30pm For 2 - 5 Day Rentals: Your bike is available for pick-up on the first day of your rental any time between 10.30am and 4.30pm. Latest drop-off time on your last day of rental is 4.30pm. ABOUT THE BIKE: Elivra Madigan Cargo e-Bike is the model you will be renting. Once you arrive at the shop, you will kindly sign our liability and rental waiver. Your credit card details are held during your rental period in case of theft or damage of the bike. Please also bring a photo ID (Driver's License or Passport). Our staff will give you a quick introduction to the bike - it is all very simple and you'll be out of our shop and on your way within minutes! Upon return of the bike, our staff will do a quick look-through and check-out.

1 Day Rental
Duration: 7 hours: Rental Period is up to 6 hours. Earliest pick-up time is 09.30am and latest drop-off time is 4.30pm on the same day.
4 Day Rental
Duration: 4 days: Pick up the e-bike on the 1st day of rental any time between 09.30 - 4.30pm. You will get a charger to re-charge the battery.
2 Day Rental
Duration: 2 days: Pick-up your bike on the 1st day of rental between 9.30am - 4.30pm. Latest drop off is 4.30pm on last day of rental.
4 Day Rental w. insurance
Damage & Theft Insurance: For accidental damage&theft. If theft incl. battery, a 1000 DKK deductible applies. If only e-bike is stolen, you pay nothing
1 day rental w. insurance

Cycling Zealand on a self-guided tour with rented e-bikes

5.00My husband and I (retirees from Canada) rented these e-bikes for 9 days. We cycled around north Zealand and booked our own accommodations. The bikes were fabulous. They were easy to ride, with our gear in paniers, and we never ran out of battery (averaged 50 km per day). Mikkel was fabulous in getting us set up to head out, and very quick to respond to email queries when we were planning the trip. Renting e-bikes and touring on our own allowed us so much flexibility and exploring what we wanted, compared to an organized trip (and at only one-third the cost). Highly recommend renting from Copenhagen e-Bike Tours for a multi-day adventure.

5.00Professional rental shop which provided everything we needed for our day trip to the Karen Blixen Museum which was a 30 mile round trip. Bikes were powerful and comfortable and the battery lasted well. We did charge at the Museum but we could have gone both ways on one battery charge. Highly recommend.

5.00Really great experience booking online. I also spoke to Mikkel who gave me some great advice on what to hire and comfort in where we were cycling would have enough battery etc for the ride. We came to pick up our bikes and was met with a really friendly guide who set us up and we had the most amazing day around Amager. Returning the bikes was really simple and easy. Thank you Mikkel and team for a great day out.

It was a great way to see the nearby sites including, the Little Mermaid, the Amalienborg Palace, Frederiks Church, the St. Alexander Nevesky Church, the Opera House and Nyhavn. The bikes were nice and the business owner was very helpful in helping us set a route.

5.00We had the best time riding E-bikes around Denmark! We rode past The Little Mermaid statue, past Amalienborg Palace, around Nyhavn to see the colored buildings and around Christianshavn to see The Church of the Savior. So easy and fun! A great way to get around this beautiful country!
