Unreliable company: Bus schedules completely random: we wait 45’ then 3 buses that had all stayed at the stop of the little mermaid follow one another to finally stop two stops after because it is more than 5pm so terminal! We bought a 48-hour pass and finally took only half a tour and taxis to get back on track.

I was traveling with my mum who's disable and we took our manual wheelchair. When our cruise docked in Copenhagen we have 3 choices between Redsightseeing, Citysightseeing and Royalsightseeing and mistakenly we've chosen the cheapest one. We were inially promised that we could stay on the bus as long as we want so we were planning to go back to the ship with the bus, however we were kicked off the bus with minimum instruction where the connection bus is at little mermaid and the next 3 buses stopped but won't pick us up. One of the driver was really rude and shouted at us to get off, the other bus driver give us bad information and tell us to jump onto a white bus...there were guests from US and Spain waiting in the same location with us and everyone were frustrated. After roughtly 30mins wait in the wheelchair we've managed to get on the 3rd bus but the driver won't open the back door nor the ramp so we have to carry the wheelchair onto the bus from the front and the driver just sitting there watching my mum hopping onto the bus made me want to cry!!! He also didn't stop at all the stops (we were told 21, 22 and 1 won't be stopping but he skipped more!) and we ended up having to get a Uber to go back to the cruise. Totally waste of time and money and ruined our day at Copenhagen :( If I have another choice I'd stick with City sightseeing as we had a decent trip with them in Stockholm 2 days before this trip. We've definitely learnt the hard way!

The boat option was worth the extra cost. The main Hop on was OK but we traveled past the sights fast and did not really know where we were. Lots to see however.

Well, the instructions were not very clear as I purchased the bus ride with the option of the boat ride. We received several conflicting instructions on where to go for the boat ride and then we had to pay for the boat ride separately. Not clear at all.
