We couldn't find any buses. Waste of money for us since we never got on a bus! The Hop on Hop off buses that looked like the ones we were supposed to use said they weren't ours altho they were stopping at the spots we were supposed to get our bus.

I booked the tour for May 10th well in advance, as we were travelling to Copenhagen for the beautiful A Colossal Weekend Festival at Vega. On May 10th, the Copenhagen Marathon was taking place. The meeting point shown on the map was Vesterbrogade 6, very close to Copenhagen Central Station. When we arrived, the city was very busy because of the marathon. At the local information stand, we were told that no buses were running because of the marathon. Honestly, I could have understood this. Sometimes, when booking in advance through a platform like GetYourGuide, the exact impact of a major event may not yet be clear. In that case, a simple refund would have been acceptable. But instead, GetYourGuide now insists that buses were running on May 10th. Based on what we were told on site, this is simply not true. Their handling of the situation made our trip to Copenhagen more chaotic than necessary. The most frustrating part was the customer service. First, they referred to their 24-hour cancellation policy. But how is a customer supposed to cancel 24 hours in advance if nobody informs them that the service will not operate normally because of the marathon? Then they claimed that the buses were running that day, which directly contradicts the information we received locally. This is not a professional way to treat customers. My advice: avoid booking this kind of tour through GetYourGuide. Buy your ticket directly when you arrive in Copenhagen and adapt your plans according to the situation on site. Copenhagen itself is a beautiful and well-organised city, and we really enjoyed it. That is why it was even more disappointing to experience such poor service from this provider.

Procedure is too complicated. For first time ever I had to ask for help, get additional app and a separate paper boat ticket. SIMPLIFY!

absolutely horrific. We took this tour as a way of seeing the sites of the city. we got off once and when we got back on, it was standing room only. I had a wheelchair and I did not have a seat on that bus. There was a blind and semi blind person on the bus and they were made to stand while the handicapped seating was taken up by able bodied children and parents. I could not obviously hear any of the dialogue because I did not have a seat. An entire waste of money and my time. I have already stated in another tour review booked with you that I will never book again and I am repeating, never again.

Pick up was at the cruise terminal. Although it was a sunny day it was very cold and with the roof rolled back it was something of a trial when we went fast. However the route was perfect passing all the interesting and important sights. We chose the boat ride add on and it was great. Very interesting and beautiful sights from the water. The commentary was very amusing and informative. I'd recommend the boat add on.

It’s very boring. The city is very walkable so you end up sitting on the bus seeing nothing and waiting while they sell more tickets to a bus that already has no seats. And our earphone plugin was broke on our seat but there was no other seats to move to.

Purchased ticket online. Didn't get a paper ticket at start of tour. Online ticket didn't show full name of company. Looked same as competing company. One driver wouldn't let me back on after visiting stop. Lucky I had Uber.

No one seemed to have a clue about what was going on, where to meet the boats for the canal tour. I even walked into the office in Copenhagen and no one could help me

Horrible Experience and I will be demanding my $$ back. Hop On / Hop Off with 22 stops and we were basically forced to get off on stop 12 (Little Mermaid ) . The driver was nasty to us . After getting off there we waited almost two hours for the next bus. We’ve traveled the World and Copenhagen has issues with their service. . Refund my money immediately. We ended up taking Uber back to the ship . End of story !
