We did call viator 24 hours before, told them of problem and Viator spokesperson said we would be refunded money. Never got it. Have no faith in their service and can't recommend the out fit as reliable.

1.00Flight was changed many times due to airline issues. Choose driver was informed of all these changes as they occurred upon final arrival to our destination. Contact a driver gave us strange instructions. And when we called back, he just hung up on us. I would not recommend this company at all .

Limowide's lack of communication caused unnecessary anxiety and wasted time during a period that should have been relaxing. Recommendation: I cannot recommend Limowide due to their poor communication practices. Travelers seeking a reliable and stress-free transfer experience should consider other options.
