5.00This was a very insightful wine tasting that not only covered the methods of the wine tasting process but also covered many wines from Italy but specifically in the Lazio region of Rome. What I found quite unique about the food was the diversity and creativity Christian provided. Foods that I would have never thought to previously pair together. It was also quite interesting to see how quickly the main dish came together providing an incredibly delicious meal. I found Christian to be incredibly insightful and a man with a true passion for what he is providing. It was a true pleasure to meet him and to know that he has become a life long friend that we hope to meet up with again soon.
An extraordinary evening of wine, stories, and new friendships.

5.00A truly fantastic experience!! 3 hours that introduce you to the wine scene, from bubbles to stills. It gives you the basics to understand what you are drinking every day and the quality! All this is accompanied by a series of delicacies of the highest level, from cold cuts and cheeses, passing through savory ice cream, closing with an excellent dessert. Highly recommended!!!!!!

Christian is a very valuable professional, from which shines the passion and experience of those who have been in the industry for many years. The tasting itinerary was very interesting full of details and anecdotes about the wine. Christian makes you feel really comfortable and you can not help but be overwhelmed by his energy and sympathy. Super recommended experience
