During our relaxed 2.5–3 hour experience, you'll learn to create two iconic Japanese dishes: authentic ramen and your choice of handmade sushi or delicious gyoza. Enjoy unlimited sake pairings carefully curated to complement each dish, along with insightful explanations of their cultural significance.
Families traveling with children are warmly welcomed—kids even receive traditional Japanese "dagashi" snacks as delightful souvenirs. Our classes are especially popular for special occasions like birthdays, honeymoons, or graduations, ensuring every event is memorable.

At Ramen Cooking Tokyo, you'll be warmly greeted by our English-friendly Japanese hosts in a cozy, small-group setting. Over the course of our relaxed 3-hour class, you'll learn to create delicious ramen and sushi (or optional gyoza) from scratch. As you cook, you'll hear engaging stories about Japanese culinary traditions, enhancing your appreciation of the dishes you're preparing. To ensure you can recreate these dishes at home, you'll also receive a detailed recipe as a gift. Perfect for families, couples, and friends, our class is suitable for all ages and skill levels. 5.00Yoshi, Sato, Tomoko, and Ryushi were wonderful! The class was interactive and engaging and the food was delicious! Sato even went out of her way to make a vegetarian ramen for me as I don’t eat meat.

5.00I recently took a ramen and sushi cooking class, and "awesome" doesn't even begin to cover it! From start to finish, the entire experience was high-energy, educational, and—most importantly—delicious. Incredible Staff: The team was the heart of the class. They were incredibly kind, considerate, and their enthusiasm was infectious. You can tell they truly love what they do. I was so impressed by how they handled our group. They even accommodated the vegetarians in our party without missing a beat, ensuring everyone had a fantastic meal and felt included in the process. One of the staff members even shared that he’s heading to Florida soon to work as a chef at a Japanese restaurant in Disney for a year—it’s clear the talent level here is world-class. If you're looking for a fun, hands-on activity with a wonderful atmosphere, I cannot recommend this class enough. Omg so awesome!

5.00AMAZING!!! All the teacher chefs were friendly, helpful, professional and overall magnificent. The class was very fun, knowledgeable, and we can’t wait to try it at home. Our sushi and ramen were delicious!! We recommend anyone to do this cooking class. You will not regret it!!! Enjoy!

5.00This cooking class is a must-do when visiting Tokyo, Japan! The staff were incredibly welcoming and so much fun to be around. They are so knowledgeable about the culture and the dishes we were creating. We made nigiri and ramen and both were incredibly delicious. Umi, Miyoko, and Tomoko were incredibly generous and hospitable. You get a lot for the price and it’s so worth it!
