In this hands-on cultural cooking experience, you will create an Art Character Bento (Art Charaben) inspired by “Red Fuji”, one of the most iconic works by Katsushika Hokusai, a world-renowned Japanese artist. Using rice, colorful ingredients, and traditional techniques, you will design a beautiful bento box that expresses the blue sky and the vivid red Mount Fuji—a symbol deeply loved by the Japanese people and recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. This experience offers a unique way to enjoy Japanese art, culture, and food all at once. Please note that the selection of side dishes may vary depending on the day and seasonal availability.

I came here thanks to KOKO JAPAN and the whole experience was free! You get a chance to meet other Japanese students while making a creative and artistic bento. Plus, you get to eat it at the end 😜 chill atmosphere, good place for events, I recommend!
