5.00We used this company to transfer from Heraklion to Rethymno, then a week later onwards to Chania. Each time the taxi was on time, the driver friendly and professional and the mini van was very comfortable. The price was clear. I cannot fault the experience, My first choice when next in Crete

Our flight was delayed but there was no moaning or attitude just a smile and friendly warm welcome. No hesitation in using again and recommending to others. We will be booking for our return transfer to the airport!

Booked relatively short notice as I was on my wife's birthday and 25. wanted to give a little surprise on the wedding day. ...:-) Arrangements with Julia and special requests such as 25 (beautiful but expensive) red roses, chilled prosecco and strawberries on board were promptly implemented. Julia's husband was waiting for us on time at the airport and celebrated the surprise for my wife - then very relaxed drive to our hotel - I would book again and again before I have to get on a bus and drive to 10 hotels Thanks again for everything to Julia & the team !!!

5.00I messaged this company yesterday as my daughter was on a flight to Heraklion and it had been delayed. She was attending a summer school and needed to be in Rethymno at a certain time and the bus would not have got her there in time. Two hours from her flight landing I messaged the company. They answered immediately and said they would wait with a sign in arrivals at the airport to collect her. I really appreciated the efficiency of this company and my daughter said the driver drove safely and was very welcoming.

5.00We initially booked Rethymno Easy Travel for transfers from the Heraklion airport and our resort in Rethymno, Crete. They were so kind to communicate with us when our flight from Athens to Crete was delayed by more than an hour and were waiting for us when we did arrive. We also used them for trips from our resort into the town of Rethymno and to Chania for excursions. Communication was prompt, booking pickup times was easy, the drivers were on time and very courteous, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. They even provided bottled water on several trips. I would highly recommend, and we will definitely use on our next trip to Crete!

5.00We were picked up at Heraklion airport, the driver was extremely pleasant, professional and helpful. The car was very clean, comfortable and roomy. We travelled to Rethymno where we were staying at a boutique hotel in the old town. As this area has no vehicles, the driver called the hotel and advised them when we were approaching, the hotel then sent someone to meet us. Our return journey was confirmed the day before and the location for pick up was confirmed, again a very polite, professional driver and a very clean, roomy vehicle. I would thoroughly recommend this company.
