5.00The vehicle that picked us up from the station was a comfortable and very calm one, and the driver was extremely patient with the local traffic. Actually, the small things such as the guide lending us spare umbrellas and everyone knowing exactly which cafes had the best heating, made the whole service seem top, notch through the bad weather.

5.00Such a fun day out. The canal cruise was so pretty and the boat was very comfortable. Our guide gave us 15 minutes of history and then let us just enjoy the views, which I appreciated. They also pointed out a great waffle shop near the dock. It’s a very easy trip from the port. Don't think twice, just book it!

5.00You can't visit Bruges and not go on the canals. It really is the 'Venice of the North'. The boat felt very 'deluxe' and clean. It was so peaceful just gliding under the old bridges. The bus ride from Zeebrugge was quick and easy. If you love taking photos, you're going to love this trip!

5.00Francesca our guide, a true local Bruce's, did more than simply point out attractions; she also described the reasons for the city's appearance and how the money from textile trade was used to construct these particular facades. It resembled floating through an actual architectural textbook. The canal served as the master class, while the walking portion served as the introduction. Essential.

5.00As you Disembark, you'll begin your exploration of Bruges Old Town. The streets are lined with quaint squares. A true highlights is the Market Square, a large area encircled by striking building, such as belfry tower.
Best part of the day was canal boat.

5.00Did this from Zeebrugge port recently, cruise stop. Bus ride to bruges about 20 min, easy. Alessandra spoke fluent English , which was very helpful. Overall good way to see bruges without hassle. If you like history and boats, do it.

1.00We schedule a 7.30am tour. It was accepted. We showed up at 7.00am at the port and were notified that the tour time changed to later in the day at 10am… we got an email in the middle of the night. In addition to the time change, there was a change in meeting location and now we were no longer doing a 6 hour boat and walking tour… we were now only doing a 2 hour walking tour. This company is a scam. viator needs to do better at vetting their companies. We have contacted the company and viator, both refuse to refund our money. $460 waisted. Evidently viator cannot refund money when the tour company which is a scam decides they don’t want to refund funds.
