The experience was great! Plenty of bike paths making it safe. Obviously be prepared that there is a lot of steep hills in old San Juan, but candado area is much flatter. One of our bikes chain came off 15 minutes into the experience. When I called they were very willing to help us resolve, but luckily we were able to fix it ourselves. I do highly recommend as a quick way around sight seeing

Bryan was such a great tour guide! Highly recommend anyone who’s interested in learning about San Juan’s history to have a tour from him. We really enjoyed our bike tour with him, and he took us to a lot of scenic and historic places. Mucho gracias Bryan!

This turned out to be a great way to see the city and the old forts. Great photo opportunities. 3 hours was great maybe even four! Service just okay and tires needed air but all good!

Super friendly staff and flexible way to spend the day! I was stressed out about getting near a little bit late, but it didn’t make a difference Since we were doing a self-guided tour.

We thought it was a tour; they left us on our own, no tour guide or assistance. All we were told is to follow the green path.

Once we got there, it was requested for us to be 15 to 30 minutes early, however she didn't want to check us in until we asked it took forever to get our bikes although we had reservation already. They wasn't interacting with us we have to keep asking but however the view is very beautiful.
