Discover one of Bermuda’s oldest living treasures during this 5-hour tour of Crystal Caves, with stops in at the Bermuda Aquarium and nearby shopping. Explore the caverns and limestone formations of the caves (entrance fee included if this booking was made after Aug 18, 2024) and wander along a floating pontoon pathway underground. Then head out to the Bermuda Aquarium Museum and Zoo (entrance fee NOT included), to see a replica of one of Bermuda’s spectacular coral reefs. Finally, wander around Hamilton and shop along Front Street with its many boutiques and retail stores. When you are ready, you can take the Ferry back to the Royal Naval Dockyard (ticket included).

Minimum age restriction: All passengers must be 3 years and above.

It was a great experience, our tour guide at the Caves was so informative. We only did the cave part of the excursion as we wanted to see much more of the island. We learnt so much information from our driver Tony in the drive to the caves. It was all so interesting. Though we cut our excursion short Tony still gave us our ticket for whichever transportation we choice to use to get back at our ship.

They changed start time two days before the excursion to one hour later. That meant we had to catch a cab back to the ship or miss other planned activities. New schedule did not align with ferry schedule. Also very difficult to find bus and driver as they were not where we were told in directions.

Viator continues to amaze us. Whether Bahamas, Europe, New Orleans and now Bermuda all top notch. This tour was fabulously organized. Tony’s knowledge of the island and, his desire to share , was amazing. Everyone said take Ferry and save money buy your own tickets. BUT! Our tour took was right in. We did not need to wait on the line. Bus was very cimfortable. Tony was an awesome driver. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Caverns while good Ive seen others that are better. Must be able to walk 83 steps. Aquarium nice and zoo terrific fun. Enjoyed walk around Hamilton. Tour guide very informative.

10:00 tour booked. Cancelled at 9:48. Stay with cruise offered tours. Won’t book again. Now stuck with no tour on holiday.

We had a wonderful tour of the crystal caves. This site is magnificient. Our tour guide, Juanita was wonderful. She was very informative about the history and interesting sites that we passed on the way to the caves , the aquarium and the city of Hamilton. After we were dropped off in Hamilton we had about an hour to sightsee the city, have a drink and do a little shopping before taking the ferry back to the port. It was a great tour, and I would highly recommend it.

The driver had lots of energy, quality stories and pointed out valuable land marks. It would have been nice to see both caves even though the visit was short. Museums and zoo are small. Its a good option for cruise line visitors

The cave was nice, but…, definitely over priced considering the tour did not include admittance to the cave or zoo. The zoo was also disappointing since no animals to be seen except tortoises and fish

Customer service at its worst!! No air conditioned bus!!!! Uncaring, unprofessional!! They lie to you just to get you to book with them,, steer clear of this terrible company
