Why Book a Crystal Workshop Tour?
Our company offers a unique, hands-on experience where travelers can witness the art of handcrafted crystal in its purest form. Founded by master craftsman Sean Daly, our workshop is one of the last of its kind in Ireland, producing crystal entirely by hand. Each piece is signed and dated by Sean, ensuring authenticity.
Our designs are inspired by the stunning West Kerry landscape, blending natural beauty with centuries-old craftsmanship. We offer small, personal tours for up to 30 people, where visitors can watch skilled artisans, including Sean himself, at work.
Located just outside Dingle town, our workshop is exclusive—our crystal is only available here or at our Dingle store. We are also dog-friendly, with our two lovable factory dogs adding warmth to your visit. Tours are affordable and last about an hour, including time to explore our shop.

It was such an honor for Dingle Crystal to demonstrate the cutting process. I highly recommend supporting this family owned business. The crystal pieces are stunning! I came home with to much, but hope to add to my collection!

We were looking for rainy day activities in or around Dingle, so this wasn't a planned stop on our itinerary. I'm usually not happy about rain, but in this case, I was. We would have missed this opportunity otherwise. It was a fascinating and impressive demonstration of crystal cutting and the staff could not have been nicer. Well worth it!!

Sean, Adam and the team are fantastic. Sean spent time with us explaining the process and the history of the designs as well as the importance of quality that you can no longer get at more well known Crystal companies. If you are in Dingle it is well worth the stop to see them.

My husband and I visited the Dingle Crystal factory in late Sept 2025. Adam, a family member, gave us a portion of the tour, followed by Michael who is a 2nd year apprentice with the company. Our tour was very informative, casual and personal. It was a delight to learn of their history in an effort to continue their family's business vs opting to have their crystal merchandise made elsewhere, outside of Ireland. You definitely feel that they are including you in that family by sharing their craft and beautiful designs. In this day and age where many things are made by machines or by people who do not have a personal commitment to excellence, it's refreshing to see their are still business who value tradition. Enjoy!!

Dingle Crystal is family owned and they are so nice. The factory was started by the dad, an ex-Waterford person. We had a wonderful 1/2 hour tour with the son-in-law. It was interesting and informative. We were glad we had a chance to see it. So, why the 3 stars? The factory is a 1/2 hour walk from the rotary. Although interesting, it is not a must see. As I mentioned, it is a small factory. We had lots of time so we were able to visit. FYI: I think Dingle Center is the only place to get Dingle Crystal.

Lovely presentation! Short but sweet/to the point. Very interesting. Would go again for sure. Did go to the address listed that was in town, but it’s actually the factory address outside of town! We showed up a bit later because of this and they still gave the presentation which was appreciated. Thank you.

Very friendly staff and amazing craftsmanship in what they do. It just seems to be just a little out of the price range for me.

We enjoyed a very interesting demonstration of glass cutting and a question and answer session. We met the owner who designed the crystal bowl which was used to present shamrock to President Biden.
