I reached out them a few times prior to my trip, and each time they were very prompt with responding - this was much appreciated when it comes to planning a trip!

5.00This could not have been easier, or more convenient. Jose texted when he was 10 minutes away. I met him at the front of the hotel. After confirming the payment method, copy of driver’s license, and a quick orientation we were all set. Return was just as easy. I let them know that they could pick up early, received a reply with estimated arrival time, and met the team to confirm gas, condition, and was able to get back to my vacation in minutes.

1.00Very rude customer service. I recommend not renting from this place. After finding this place on trip advisor for a full day rental of a 6 person cart for a $120.00 I decided to rent from them. When I got there I told them I wanted to rent it for 4 hours and was given a price of $160.00. I told them that’s not what it said on trip advisor and was told that’s what it was.I was given the cart with 3/4 of a tank. I returned it with 3/4 on the indicator light and the guy inside went outside and took the seat of and looked in the tank and said it was at half. He came back inside and told me it was at half and I explained that the indicator was at 3/4. Which he them proceeded to insult me by asking me if I could read. Please rent from somewhere else’s and support real Belizean businesses not these foreign crooks who come to Belize and steal from people.
