What To Expect
San Juan
Departure from San Juan to Ceiba Ferry Terminal Your adventure begins with pickup in San Juan. We will send your exact pickup time and location details one day prior to your tour via text message. After completing the final pickup, our shuttle will depart for the Ceiba Ferry Terminal at: 6:45 AM (Monday – Friday reservations) 5:45 AM (Saturday & Sunday reservations) The drive from San Juan to Ceiba takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes, depending on traffic. Important: The shuttle will wait no more than 5 minutes at each pickup location. If you are not ready on time, you will be responsible for arranging your own transportation to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal. Please be ready and outside at your designated pickup spot to ensure a smooth departure.
Ferry Check-In & Boarding Information Upon arrival at the ferry terminal, our team will assist you with the check-in and boarding process. Important: All guests must check in 1 hour prior to the scheduled ferry departure time at both Ceiba and Culebra ferry terminals. Late arrivals may miss the ferry and are non-refundable. Ceiba Ferry Terminal Monday – Friday: Check-in at 8:00 AM for 9:00 AM departure Saturday & Sunday: Check-in at 7:00 AM for 8:00 AM departure Culebra Ferry Terminal (Return) Monday – Friday: Check-in at 4:30 PM for 5:30 PM departure Saturday & Sunday: Check-in at 3:00 PM for 4:00 PM departure Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience.

4.00Overall the experience was amazing. For me personally I don’t like to wait. I felt a lot of time was wasted waiting for the ferry, waiting for transport. That time could/should have been utilized better to enjoy more of the island. I’m not sorry I went and I would absolutely go again, just keep in mind over half the trip is spent in wait and travel. It’s a 12 hour experience and maybe 5 hours is actually spent at the beach.

4.00The service worked and we were picked up on time, I just would’ve like more information beforehand. First, this trip is not 12 hours, it’s 14. From 6:30am-8:30pm. Also the ferry is 90 minutes each way. It was very rocky and a lot of people on board got sick so prepare yourself. Also, there’s no reason to purchase a bus to flamenco beforehand, you can easily find a bus to take you for $5 each way. Overall the driver was friendly and got us to and from Ceiba safely.
Flamenco Beach is a must!

4.00Your ferry time may be changed so plan ahead. Our ferry was bumped to 8 pm - thus the 4 stars instead of 5 - much later than we wanted to get back but the trip was great otherwise. Flamenco Beach is as beautiful as the hype and the water and vibe is amazing. Our transportation was very good and our driver, Jonathan was punctual, polite and gave us the info we needed at arrival and for departure. Glad we took this excursion.

5.00Our driver was a great driver. He gave us the perfect instructions and gave us a wealth of information on where ta go and do. It was a really long ride, but once we got to Flamenco beach it was worth it.

5.00We traveled with Jonathan as our driver and he was so kind and welcoming. I felt safe and taken care of the entire time! On the way there he took time to explain sights in Puerto Rico that we were passing. Absolutely recommend (bonus points if jonathan is your driver!!)

5.00We had such a great experience and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Jonathan was so helpful and made everything easy for us from start to finish. He was very kind, patient, and always willing to help. The whole team was amazing. They waited for us, guided us through everything, and answered all of our questions. We asked a lot about Puerto Rico, places to visit, transportation, and other things, and they always took the time to explain and help us. You can really tell they care about people and want everyone to have a good experience. Everything was organized so well and we felt comfortable the entire time. This was one of the best parts of our trip, and we’re so happy we booked with them. Thank you Jonathan and the team for making our day so special!

5.00It’s a long day! Make sure you have a plenty of water as it gets hot! Overall it was a great experience and fun! You could rent a golf cart for few ours and hop to different beaches! Flamenco beach is really nice beach with plenty of food options!

5.00It is cold on the ferry; wear a long-sleeve shirt and take motion sickness medication because the ferry can make you dizzy due to the rocking of the boat.
