The Original Excursion. Discover in one day, the most emblematic places of Tangier. We offer you a trip with departure by fast ferry from Tarifa, with transfers and lunch.
Get to know this wonderful Moroccan city, accompanied by an FRS assistant and a Moroccan guide.
You will make a panoramic visit of the modern city of Tangier and then dive into the most historical part such as the Kasbah, the Medina and the Souk, passing through the Mendoubia garden, and a stop at the Roman Necropolis.
You will enjoy some free time for shopping and wandering around the streets of the Zoco and the Media.
Lunch in a typical Moroccan restaurant, where you will taste this fascinating gastronomy, such as Harira soup, beef kebabs, couscous and a tea accompanied by a Moorish pastry. All this accompanied by live music (drinks not included).
Finally, we will take you to the Port of Tangier Ville to board the ferry back to Tarifa.

5.00Very nice sneak peak to Tanger and Morocco. Superb travel guide, thank you! FRS should clarify better that it is mandatory go at border check onboard, during sea voyage. It was little confusing, but everything else did go fine.

2.00We were met on the ferry by guide and not given understandable directions regarding entry requirements. This resulted in a kerfuffle upon entry into Tangier requiring us to to back onto the ferry and getting the proper stamps. Guide did not explain this properly and then was visibly angry with us for not getting it done.

5.00This trip was fun, informative and a treat for the senses! The guides spoke many languages to accommodate the group. Lunch was delicious! There was plenty of time on our own. I would recommend that if you are driving yourself to the ferry port, allow 1 1:2 to 2 hours to find parking and go through the check in process! We arrive an hour early and had to RUN to get on the ferry. It is a 9 hour excursion but with passport and immigration checks, plan for 11 hours. Would do it again!
The marketing was a "cultural day". Bussing in a City with heavy traffic, and being let off to see some camels???!

1.00Queeing five times for passport control, one of them for 45 minutes on the ferry. Most of the time ashore bussing in Tangier's heavy traffic. A visit to 4 camels on a small path of grass where you could pay for 3 minutes "ride", surrounded by aggressive street sellers. The ferry for the return trip was extremely dirty. Will advice friends not to do this trip.
