What To Expect
A tour to Krishna temple — stone-built temple rich in its artistic design with 21 pinnacles, Mahaboudha, Mul Chowk, Sundari Chowk, Mani Chowk, Narayan Chowk, Golden temple and stupas around will give you information of Malla period’s art and culture in the area. Passing through the alleys and traditional houses you will enjoy watching the sight from every corner followed by tour to Swayambhunath stupa famously known as monkey temple.365 stone steps lead up to Nepal’s oldest stupa, from where you will have magnificent panoramic views over the city. The site itself has stood as a hallmark of faith and harmony for centuries. The glory of the Kathmandu Valley is said to have started from this point. We will end our tour in Kathmandu Durbar Square, which used to be a royal palace – now it’s home to the Living Goddess ‘Kumari’ is one of UNESCO listed cultural sites, containing ancient temples, palaces, and a courtyard. The pagoda-style palace with nine stories is the main attraction and offers a great panoramic view of the city. The palaces and the pagodas are rich in arts and superior examples of wooden craft that flourished in the 14th century.

5.00We joined the cultural tour with HC and have Shankar as our guide. We visited the monkey temple, Pashupatinath temple, Buddha Stupa and Patan Durban Square. Shankar is extremely knowledgable and welcomes any questions. We learnt a lot about the culture and history of Nepal. Highly recommended!

5.00My trip to Nepal was a very good experience. For the first time in my life, I could go on vacation without having to worry about anything. HC team already took care of everything from A to Z. The trips are very interesting and allow you to see all the culture and landscapes in a relatively short time, yet you can still take your time and appreciate Nepal for all it has to offer. In a nutshell, I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to visit Nepal.

5.00We had the best time with the whole team of Himalayan Circuit! Everybody was super friendly, welcoming and helpful. We explored the old city center of Kathmandu togehter and got a lot of information on culture and everydaylife in Nepal. We also made the ABC trek to Anapurna Base Camp and the team organized evreything we needed. I would always chose them again, 100% recommended! :)

5.00Kathmandu is one of the most chaotic cities I've ever been in. It has many beautiful things to see and many many things to learn from them. The tour gave me the chance to visit every little detail of this place, with all the history behind it. Also, the guide made amazing explanations and answered all of my questions, from the most difficult ones to the most stupid, always with a smile and happy to answer. In my opinion Kathmandu is worth a tour, and no better one than this one!

Many places that deserve to be visited, places to find yourself and immerse yourself in another world. 5.00Getting to see many cultural sites in and near Kathmandu was an incredible experience! I loved seeing some of the most important spiritual places and getting to know the culture. I highly recommend the Boudhanath Stupa tour, and the Kathmandu Cultural tour.
