What To Expect
Make your private romantic trip in Curacao one for the books! It’s just the 2 of you and the crew on board! It’s the perfect tour to celebrate your honeymoon or anniversary and even to pop the big question! We take you out from 3 PM to 6 PM for sightseeing and sailing the Spanish Waters, the Caribbean Sea and Fuik Bay. 1 hour scenic cruising to the bay - 1 hour anchored for relaxation and/or snorkeling - 1 hour slowly sailing back. After slowly cruising through the large lagoon of the Spanish Waters you'll pass Santa Barbara Beach, nowadays the home of Sandals Resort and the base of the famous Old Quarry Golf Course. From here we set sail to the Caribbean Sea before we reach the beauty of Fuik Bay.
After 1 hour sail, we drop anchor in the serene oasis of Fuik Bay, the underwater paradise will call your name. We stay for an hour to snorkel through the mangroves, swim to the tiny beachside or unwind in the relaxing cushions on the frontdeck. Indulge in an exquisite food platter (Mediterranean style) and bask with the love of your life in the warm embrace of the sun. Crowning the tour, we'll sail back to the harbour in about 1 hour and with any luck, we'll have the perfect conditions for smooth sailing with the sail out (for the part at sea) catching the stunning beginning of sunset. 5.00This was the most wonderful experience! From the moment we met Hilde and Norbert they made us feel like long lost friends come home again. A glass of cava, a light snack and motoring out through the Spanish Waters to a quiet spot for swimming and snorkeling. The trip back came too soon with a wonderful charcuterie on the bow of the boat while we sailed back to port again. We highly recommend sailing with Maxie. Their attitude and attention to details will make this outing an unforgettable and valued memory of any trip to Curacao!

5.00This is an absolute must do when in Curacao! Hilde and Norbert were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We got on the boat and within 5 minutes we knew we selected the right charter. We became fast friends with our hosts and they taught us so much about Curacao! The boat is comfortable and the food was delicious. Swimming in Fuik bay and then lounging on front of boat was as relaxing as it gets. Do not pass up this opportunity to sail with Maxie Sailing it’s a memory that will last a lifetime. 5.00My husband and I booked a private sunset tour while vacationing in Curacao. The cruise was the absolute highlight of our trip. Hilde and Norbert were so friendly and accommodating, and we enjoyed getting to know them while sailing the Carribean. The warm hospitality was an added bonus. I 💯 recommend crusing with Maxie Sailing!
