The train journey combines Vistadome in one direction and Observatory Lounge in the other. With Vistadome you can admire the Andean landscapes through its wide panoramic windows, while in the Observatory Lounge you will enjoy traditional live music and dances, with privileged views of the Sacred Valley during the tour.
Upon arrival at Machu Picchu, a private guide in Spanish, English or Portuguese (other languages available at additional cost) will accompany you on an exclusive tour of the citadel, adapted to your own pace and interests.

The included access includes the following official routes: Circuit 1 (Upper Terrace – routes 1B or 1C), Circuit 2 (routes 2A and 2B) and Circuit 3 (routes 3B, 3C and 3D). You can choose from the available options and this will be confirmed by the operator.
The usual train route is Ollantaytambo – Machu Picchu – Ollantaytambo. However, this may vary depending on the availability of the rail operator. If you want a different starting point, you can check in advance to check availability. The alternative stations available are San Pedro Station and Poroy Station.

What To Expect
Cusco
Transportation Cusco – Train Station At the agreed time, our team will pick you up from your hotel located in the historic center of Cusco to start the transfer by tourist vehicle to the train station in Ollantaytambo. From there you will board the train to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes), enjoying a comfortable and safe journey before beginning your experience in Machu Picchu. If your hotel is located in Urubamba, pick-up service is included, in other areas check availability of pick-up service or additional cost
Upon arrival at Ollantaytambo train station, board the tourist train to Machu Picchu Pueblo (Aguas Calientes). This scenic journey of approximately 2 hours offers a spectacular view of the Sacred Valley and the high Andean jungle. Upon arrival at Machu Picchu Pueblo, our guide will be waiting for you at the station to give you the necessary directions and coordinate the start of the visit to the majestic Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. From here you will begin an unforgettable experience surrounded by history, culture and nature. 5.00This is one of the best bargain I found online for a day trip to Machu Picchu. I considered their previous reviews and was hesitant at first but I must say the agency has put in effort to improve the customer experience. Hotel pick-up was offered and on-time, you'll be transported to a bus station and the staff (who speaks English) from the station will take care of you. They'll let you know which bus you'll be taking for the ride to the train station. Once you've arrived at the train station, the staff there will let you know again when you can get onto the train. Once you've arrived at the Machu Picchu train station, you'll see your local guide holding a piece of paper with your name written on it - so not to worry too much. Even though nobody accompanies you when you are on the bus/ train, the staff/ guide will fetch you at Machu Picchu/ when you are back. In case you have questions, the communication on whatsapp was pretty okay. Though you may have to be a bit patient as they may only send you the tickets just a day before or in the early morning through whatsapp. If you are worried you could just whatsapp them. Even though we gotta be on our own on the bus or train, I wasn't bothered because there were always people you can reach out to to ask questions on the way. So I am happy with the arrangement in light of the price.
