What To Expect
The Jeep Plug offers a variety of custom convertible Jeep Wranglers for rental. Available to customers are the choice of a hardtop or soft top Wrangler. (Both are convertible) All Jeeps are automatic transmission and 4x4. Cruise passengers can meet us @ the "EDC" parking lot at the cruise terminal. Staff at the cruise terminal can assist in finding the "EDC" parking lot. In order to catch the shuttle please ask for the "Blue Bubbles shuttle.". *$500 security Deposit required by credit card NO AMEX* The client's deposit will be held and reimbursed after rental.

5.00Super easy to work with. The jeeps aren't perfect, but super reliable and the staff was super helpful especially with travel to and from. We took a taxi to them and then shuttled back with them. It was a great way to explore the island, just wished we had more time. Traffic can be a bear there.

4.00The jeep itself was good. Service once we got to the pick up location was okay. Getting from the port to the rental place was terrible. We waited an hour, some people in our group started walking to the pick up spot. I understand if we weren't supposed to be prioritized over led tours, however, there was no communication about this. We got there and the shuttle was just hanging out. It was ridiculous. However, we still had a great time overall.

4.00The Jeep was in great condition. Having it on our own was fun and it was great to be able to stop wherever we wanted. Only downside was waiting for their transportation to and from. Would be better to arrange your own way.

4.00Everything went as planned, but we bought a full tank of gas to drive around the island, and it used about a quarter of a tank. This was a bit different from what staff told us, but they got some free gas on us. The jeep was nice, although it wasn’t spotless and looked well used, it still ran fine. The key fob didn’t work, so each time we got in the car, it set off the alarm. The rental cost seemed a little high. We made it around the island in about an hour and a half; we were trying to stall to get the full use of our time but ran out of places to go. The woman to check this out was really nice. Make sure you know how much gas you’ll need; hopefully, I’ll get a clean, nice-looking Jeep next time. Still, it was a beautiful drive.
