Children under the age of 6 and weighing 18 kg (40 lbs) or less are required to use an appropriate child safety seat. If possible, please bring your own. We have a limited number available upon request. Please contact us in advance to reserve one.

In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Want to stroll along the lakeshore trail? Or, for a more peaceful experience away from the crowds, take our favorite hike up the Fairview Lookout trail. This quieter trail leads to a stunning viewpoint where you can enjoy a higher view of the lake with the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in the background. Your guide will ensure you know exactly where to go for the best views. And, of course, they’ll be available to answer any questions, help with photos, or just offer advice on the best way to experience this iconic location.
