Children under the age of 6 and weighing 18 kg (40 lbs) or less are required to use an appropriate child safety seat. If possible, please bring your own. We have a limited number available upon request. Please contact us in advance to reserve one.
In order to participate all adults must sign a waiver prior to the tour. A waiver must also be completed by the parent or guardian of any child under the age of 18. Failure to complete the waiver will result in the cancellation of your tour.

Want to stroll along the lakeshore trail? Or, for a more peaceful experience away from the crowds, take our favorite hike up the Fairview Lookout trail. This quieter trail leads to a stunning viewpoint where you can enjoy a higher view of the lake with the iconic Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise in the background. Your guide will ensure you know exactly where to go for the best views. And, of course, they’ll be available to answer any questions, help with photos, or just offer advice on the best way to experience this iconic location.

5.00We did a tour with Stacy and Co who were both very knowledgeable and were very accomodating. Not many operators provide hot drinks, hiking poles but they did! Highly recommended

5.00Our tour with Joel was nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, he was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. You could immediately tell how passionate he is about what he does-his knowledge of the area, its history, and all the hidden gems made the experience unforgettable. What really stood out was how Joel fit right in with our group! He had the perfect mix of professionalism and humor, keeping us entertained while also sharing fascinating stories and insights we’d never have discovered on our own. Joel went above and beyond to make sure we got the most out of every moment. Whether it was snapping great photos for us, answering every question with enthusiasm, or adding little personal touches throughout the day, it was clear he truly cared about giving us a memorable experience.
