In this experience, you will learn how to charcoal-grill using the Cypriot “Foukou”, the Cyprus version of BBQ. While grilling with your tour guides, you will enjoy a 3-course menu of flavorsome finger food including grilled local goods and sweet walnut for dessert.

Enjoy an all-in-one experience in one of the most traditional wine villages in Paphos. Upon meeting, you will enjoy a walking tour along with your tour guides to one of the most traditional wine villages in Paphos. Arriving at the villa, you’ll enjoy the view and you’ll start your grilling experience with a variety of traditional products. You’ll soak in the views of the mountains as your guide shares the backstory of Cyprus’ famous foods, while you will be grilling them. Next your guide will show you how to grill the Cypriot way using the “Foukou”, and will share with you all the secrets for a successful grilling. While souvlaki are grilled on the skewers, you’ll enjoy the view and the breeze accompanied by local Zivania. For dessert, you’ll eat “sweet walnut” and we promise you one won’t be enough. Your tour guides will then provide you with recipes for the sweet walnut so that you can make them at home. You’ll also be given a free bag of local goods to take with you.
