5.00Driver: Mohamed Raghab Tour Guide: Mahmoud Emam They picked us up at 8am promptly and got us to the Dashur area so we were the first to arrive. I can’t believe we spent time alone in a giant pyramid. I highly recommend the Red Pyramid over the giant one in Giza for an inside tour. Because we were alone it felt like being in a tomb: dark, lonely, mysterious. It certainly gave our calves a work out to climb in and out. The Ramses statue in Memphis was stunning, more impressive in a way than the giant pyramids because it was so precisely sculpted and preserved. Mahmoud was so informative and easy to chat with. Mohamad was an excellent driver, I never felt unsafe and he was always where we needed him to be. Because we booked a guide we skipped all the drama at the Giza plateau and just drove in. That was lucky since it started raining while we were at the far end. We chose not to do the camels. We visited during Ramadan which made for a shorter day because everything closes early, but the lower number of people made up for it. I recommend going at this time as long as you manage expectations around food and timing.

We had had other guides offered by the hotel and we really understood the difference. Buy from Sun Pyramids, trained guides and the day will be a success!

5.00Very good service! There was a miscommunication at first but you were able to contact the agency and get a response within minutes which was amazing! Thank you Aya for your quick help. Our guide Mahmoud was friendly and patient. We felt comfortable asking questions and he had extensive knowledge about the localities visited, pyramids of Saqara and the history of Memphis.

5.00Dalia was our guide when we visited Dhashur, Memphis, and Saqqara. She is very knowledgable and a super nice person. She has been doing this for a long time. She really enjoys her job and it shows. She helped us decide on which pyramids we should try to enter to see the inner chambers since we were a little claustrophobic. She showed great Egyptian hospitality by buying a few different kinds of fresh dates from roadside hawkers and they were delicious. She even washed the dates before offering them to us and that was a very nice touch. She even skipped shopping trips which I assume is generally profitable to them since we were on a tight schedule. We had a jolly good time and we highly recommend her for all your guiding needs around Giza and Cairo.

5.00Once again Mohammed doing a fantastic job touring and explaining the history of the location(s) we visited. He took me to the perfect lunch spot after a good adventure inside the Pyramids. The driver Zaher was also fantastic and nice. Definitely 5/5 stars.

5.00We booked two days tour to Giza, Saqqara, Dahshur and Memphis. We were lucky to do it with Mahmoud. He is very knowledgable, presents facts in interesting way and you won’t be bored with him😀. We had great time visiting those sites with him and he is definitely the men if you want to visit any place around Cairo. On top our driver Abdul creates perfect duo with Mahmoud. He will drive you safely and avoid traffic everywhere. If you want to buy any local products such as dates he knows the best places and will get you the best price 😀. Thank you Guys for your help during this trip
