Awesome experience. I hadn't rode a bike in about 10 years but they were very patient with me and made sure I was comfortable with the bike before they sent me on my way. I had a great time. Bikes were well maintained, people were super friendly. Don't hesitate to rent or purchase from them!! (Added bonus they are right next to Santa Fe Trail and we followed it to White Rock Trail and back it was a beautiful ride!l

Easy check in process. Staff was friendly with a super cute co worker (the dog) had a great ride with beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I rented a bike for 2 hours to go bike up to White Rock lake and back. The bikes are great and so easy for getting around and the workers are lovely. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for something to do and a great way to explore.

I rented an E bike both Saturday, May 25, and Sunday, May 26. I had a standard bar E bike the first day in a step through the second day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the bicycles were wonderful. These people know what they’re doing and They provide great customer service. When I purchase my own E bike, I will purchase it from Pedego. I have pedaled my own bicycle around white rock Lake on and off since 1994. I love white rock Lake. ZOOMING AROUND WHITE ROCK LAKE ON AN E BIKE IS NOTHING SHORT OF PHENOMENAL.

Me and my husband had a wonderful time taking the electric bike around white water lake. They made biking enjoyable, I did not even break a sweat which is always a plus. I would recommend this to all of my friends for a great date day that is something new and fun!

Three of us really enjoyed riding around White Rock lake. Normally we would not have opted to go ~18 miles round trip distance, but with the e-bikes it was a breeze and we were able to conserve energy for other activities planned for our weekend in Dallas. The bikes were comfortable and a lot of fun.

Had a wonderful outing with my husband. Really enjoyed riding the Santa Fe Trail and then around White Rock Lake. Bikes were in excellent condition. Staff was very patient and explained the operation of the bikes thoroughly.

I found hiring an e-bike really easy with these lovely people. They were friendly and welcoming, especially the doggies, and made sure I knew how the bike worked before I headed off for two hours of exploring. I took the Sante Fe trail out to White Rock lake It took about 20 minutes to get there and another 45 minutes to go around the huge lake. Great views and the bike was perfect.
