5.00I was in the lounge and Mr. Harun Uddin saw that I was using crutches and immediately helped me. Afterwards, he asked if I would like something to eat and drink. He brought me everything. Excellent service and thank you!

1.00The worst Lounge I have ever experienced Being a Gold member with Qatar Airways I was really surprised of the bad quality My flight was on Thursday and the lounge was extremely busy, there was no water available I have asked for a simple tea at the bar and the guy replied no hot water The food was really bad, no variety, no vegetarian options All the tables were full of plates with left over food and nobody cleaned our table and at the front desk were charging people 230 SR… ridiculous There is not even a plug to recharge your phone Worthless visit

2.00You don't have to be difficult but the offer of the Lounge is like Dammam airport in terms of services, commercial offers, etc... That's limited. Cardboard plates, plastic cutlery, industrial food, very little choice and we saw better side cleanliness. The advantage is that it has the merit of existing, that it is open 24/7 and it is always nice to land before the departure of a flight what is more in the middle of the night.

3.00Quiet Relaxing lounge. Shower service available which is what I needed. So thankful for that. Food was average, Overall ok with it. I didnt have to pay for the lounge due to airline membership. but if I read correctly the fee being 50$ per person, not worth it.

5.00After a delayed flight from Riyadh to Hyderabad with Saudia, the plane had to turn back and we landed in Dammam Airport. Very quickly I spotted Plaza Premium Lounge which I have access. I just want to take a moment to thank the staff and specially Kawsar Alam and the team, as you can imagine I have been travelling for 15 hrs and I need a shower, the Guys prepared the place very quickly, got everything ready for me, managed to take a shower, catchup with my prayers and now enjoying the delicious food, thank you Kawsar and team for making my experience at the Plaza Premium Lounge Dammam very enjoyable experience.

3.00He chooses very mediocre and rather cheap dishes. The food was rather lukewarm. We are very disappointed 😞! This was the first and last time we booked this offer. Black plastic service!
