Esztergom Basilica / Cathedral
Head first for the historical town of Esztergom, Hungary’s former capital and the seat of its Catholic church. Here, visit the imperious Esztergom Basilica, a massive green-domed edifice that’s Hungary’s biggest church and visible for miles around. Go inside to admire the interior with its Renaissance motifs and paintings.
Visegradi Fellegvar
Explore the restored chambers of Visegrád Royal Palace, a seat of royal power during the 1400s, and visit the walled 13th-century citadel, a hilltop fortress-palace that once held Hungary’s crown jewels. 5.00Our guide, Christine Teplain was friendly, curteous & very knowledgable on the history of Hungary. The van was spacoous & driver Atila was also friendly and both.

5.00Thank you Christine and Laszlo for a wonderful and informative day. Christine was so knowledgeable about the history of the area and was very pleasant and kind. Laszlo was a careful driver very courteous helping us in and out of the clean and comfortable van. We would highly recommend this tour, lunch was amazing the deer stew was delicious thank you Christine for the recommendation.

She did not overpower us with too many dates and details but was able to answer any questions we had. Included lunch was amazing ...alot more than we expected. 5.00Spectacular views of the Danube Bend. I did this tour as part of my holidays to Hungary and support of the Portugal National team who were based from Budapest. This tour was expertly guided by Balazs. He is a top driver with expert knowledge of Hungary and key locations to visit. The views that Balazs showed me were stunning.

5.00We were having a lot of fun with Michael to be our private tour guide to go to the Danube Bend. He was knowledgeable (was able to answer any questions asking by my husband), friendly with a lot of patients. He was also a talented mobile photographer and made this whole trip very fun. 4.00We did the Danube river tour with Eva Pfeiffer the guide and Mick the driver. Thet gave us a great tour and both were extremely helpful and kind. They were also very knowledgable and their English was good. Will recommend.
