On arrival, explore the world-famous Wave Rock, venture into Mulka’s Cave with its ancient legends, and marvel at Hippo’s Yawn, a natural rock shaped like a giant hippo’s mouth. Along the way, enjoy an authentic Aussie sausage sizzle BBQ with kangaroo sausage — a true taste of the outback. This private, flexible tour offers a relaxed pace, stunning scenery, and plenty of opportunities to capture lasting memories.

What To Expect
Wave Rock
We will pick you up at your location and proceed on our adventure. On the way we will pass through the wheatbelt country side and small country towns .we can stop at the dog cemetery ,If still in season we will take a 4 kilometre bush track to see wildflowers .then proceed to Wave rock, where we will have a light lunch on arrival .After lunch you can explore Wave Rock .Once finished Wave Rock we will proceed to Mulka's Cave ,where we will spend 30 minutes here exploring the cave and aboriginal paintings that date back to 2000 to 3000 years old ,after Mulka's Cave .we will head back to Perth taking photos if required

Each stop was stunning in its own way — from the surreal scale of Wave Rock to the rich cultural history of Mulka’s Cave and the unique beauty of Hippo’s Yawn. A huge highlight was our guide Terry, who truly went above and beyond. Incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, he made the day seamless and special. The BBQ he cooked was the perfect finishing touch — especially getting to try roo for the first time. An epic, authentic WA experience from start to finish. 🌄🦘

5.00Wave Rock is AMAZING! I also enjoyed Hippo's Yawn & Mulka's Cave. They are worth the long drive. Terry is a very knowledgeable native of Australia, which makes him a really good guide. I highly recommend this tour!!

5.00Terry did a great job! It's a very long day in the car and he did his best to keep us entertained. Wave rock is a unique adventure just a long way from Perth. We did the basics at Wave Rock and Mulka's cave, for the return trip Terry gave us the option to drive back via York even though a longer drive for him. York was well worth the visit as the historic first inland settlement in WA with a great set of historic buildings on Main Street.
